Battery issues, plastic
Product charge capacity diminished to about 25-35%% after about two weeks of use. Bottle is made of polycarbonate plastic, not glass, so just something to be aware of. For the money, this should be glass. Company says they didn't use glass due to limitations of glass for withstanding pressure, but device produces very limited pressure.

Hi Sky! Thank you so much for sharing your honest feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear about the battery issues you experienced and your disappointment with the material choice — I completely understand how frustrating that must feel. For the battery, what you described is definitely not normal performance. A full charge should last for several cycles depending on the program used, and it shouldn’t drop to that level after only two weeks. We would love to make this right by sending you a replacement. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us directly through our website’s contact form so we can verify your order and arrange this for you right away. As for the material, you’re right that the bottle is made from food-grade polycarbonate rather than glass. This was a safety decision, since glass cannot safely withstand the internal hydrogenation pressure. Polycarbonate is durable, safe for water contact, and won't break easily. That said, I absolutely understand your preference and will pass along your feedback to our product team for future development. We genuinely value your input, and I hope you’ll give us the chance to make this right.🙏
