Scratched right out of the box — and support was zero help.
I was super excited to open these up, but as soon as I pulled them out of the packaging, there was a massive scratch running right across the front lens. The packaging itself was totally intact, so this wasn't shipping damage — they literally wrapped up damaged goods and sent them out anyway.
It gets worse. I reached out to their customer support team to get it sorted out, and they did absolutely nothing to resolve the problem. Claimed it "never came scratched" and washed their hands of it.
For a brand that hypes up tough gear and solid customer service, shipping defective glasses and then refusing to fix their own mistake is a complete joke. Terrible quality control, useless support, and a total waste of money. Do better.

Shitty
Shitty, nothing is ever in stock. The sunglasses are overpriced. Might as well buy from the cart at the mall.

THE FIRST TIME WE'VE EVER NEEDED A POLICE REPORT UPON DELIVERY
DOCUMENTING THE FIRST TIME WE'VE EVER NEEDED TO FILE A POLICE REPORT FOR A PRODUCT DELIVERY.
This is not a complaint about a late package or a damaged product. A driver delivering our Pit Viper order drove his vehicle directly onto our front lawn.
When my wife asked what he was doing, he said that he “wanted to get closer to the door.” She pointed out that he could have parked in the swale approximately five feet in front of him or in our driveway approximately ten feet to his right.
His response to my wife was: “Next time I’m going to park inside the house.”
A delivery driver drove onto our property and then made a threatening statement to my wife at our home simply because she questioned him. That goes far beyond poor customer service. It is a serious safety matter, and it is why filing a police report became necessary.
Pit Viper may outsource its deliveries, but it cannot outsource accountability for what happens while its products are being delivered. We expect the company to identify the driver and delivery service, ensure that this individual is never sent to our home again, and explain exactly what action is being taken.
We will update this review to reflect how Pit Viper responds.

Your Facebook ads have become so…
Your Facebook ads have become so repetitive that they've made me actively dislike your brand. I see the same sunglasses commercial over and over—sometimes five or six times in a single scrolling session. I have never seen another company's ads this aggressively repeated.
This isn't effective marketing anymore. It's exhausting. Every time your ad comes up, I'm reminded that I have absolutely no interest in your products, and the constant repetition only reinforces that.
At this point, I don't care how good your sunglasses might be because your advertising has become so intrusive that I associate your brand with annoyance. If your goal was brand recognition, congratulations—I recognize your brand as the one whose ad I wish would stop appearing in my feed.
Please dial back the frequency. Seeing the same ad dozens of times a day doesn't make me want to buy your product. It makes me want to avoid it.
Also the dude bro gimmick is played out and embracing it isn't endearing, its a bit disgusting. When you submit feedback it reads "thanks for nothing" and their immaturity really shows in the area to sign up for the newsletter "yourmom@ hotmale.com"(not hotmail). I bet the price is ridiculous for this party boy grapist look and the company openly accepts this as their public facing image.

FAKE SCAMMERS. DON’T BUY!
These clowns have been giving me the run around for over 4 weeks now. I ordered two pairs and paid in full. Got the confirmation email saying they’d be shipped and I’d get tracking in 1 business day. It’s been weeks now and I’ve contacted them numerous times… they’ve responded saying they’ll enquire with their fulfilment team and then even came back to me and said they’d re-processed the order and I’ll get tracking soon. That’s last week. They’re full of shit and at that point I’m wondering if they’re just a scam company. DO NOT ORDER OR GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR BUSINESS. Cheers.

PARENT ALERT
PARENT ALERT: Pit Viper Sunglasses — Inappropriate Marketing for Kids
I ordered a pair of Pit Viper sunglasses, unaware of the incredibly inappropriate and offensive packaging that would arrive with them. This brand is often marketed to and purchased by kids as young as 7, 8, or 9 — and yet the box features:
🚫 Middle fingers raised with a “You Can Flip Off…” list including “Your Mom,” “Your Teacher,” “The Ump,” “The Government,” and more.
🚫 A baseball player with the number 69, exposed butt crack, and a dog pooping on the field.
🚫 The phrase “UMP SUX” graffitied on the ground.
🚫 Crude, juvenile humor dressed up as edgy branding — clearly meant to appeal to impressionable pre-teens.
🚫 Middle fingers raised multiple times on the box.
This isn’t clever. This isn’t cool. This is irresponsible marketing targeting children with crude adult themes and disrespectful messages. This is NOT OK.
Had I known this was Pit Viper’s branding strategy, I would never have purchased from them. It’s disappointing to see a company deliberately embedding this kind of messaging into a product clearly popular with young audiences.
At a time when we should be promoting mental wellness, respect, and confidence in our kids, this kind of messaging undermines those values. It normalizes disrespect, mockery, and vulgarity — all wrapped in a product that parents often don’t see until it’s already in their child’s hands.
Pit Viper has a huge platform and a chance to influence young people in a positive way — but instead, they’ve chosen mockery and vulgarity.
Parents — be aware of what’s arriving in your home.
The way they encourage you to “flip up” the glasses is use your middle finger in the middle of the gasses and act like you are flipping someone off.
You literally have to start with your middle finger up, flip up the glasses then your middle finger remains up naturally.
I mean listen, it’s not the end of the world & we dont have to buy this brand if we don’t like the
Marketing strategy. Yes, they are trying to be funny, some folks will think it’s fine. Some folks won’t. Eventually my daughter will be exposed to nastiness of this world but at the same time, I’m trying to instill values & treating people right.
This can be misconstrued in so many ways by so many people and could come across as disrespectful and appear as if she is actually giving someone the middle finger when all she’s trying to do is flip up her lense.

Cool and stylish, yet durability and customer support is awful.
Had them for a week before they broke because they fell once on a dirt trail hiking. Reached out to see if warranty could do anything, never got back to me. Wouldn’t recommend if you wanted customer service or durability. Looked cool, loved them for the week I had them. They definitely lack customer support though. Left my warranty claim over 8 weeks ago and they say it usually takes 3-4.
