I really like how the glasses look and how cool they are. I bought a pair a while ago and they were amazing thank you so much!

I am in Australia. I ordered the sunglasses last saturday 17th of December 2022, with the hope they will be shipped on monday 19th and arrive before Xmas- as stated on their website. I had not received a text nor email with a tracking number by tuesday 20th so I emailed the email on their webpage AND send a message through they "contact us message" on their web page. The next morning I got a text from them which I did not understand, got back on their website and chatted with someone via "the chat room" link who explained what was happening with my order. Once I got off the chat, I received an email and they sorted everything for me, send the sunglasses express so I could have them for Xmas AND added an extra for my bother ! Today is thursday 22nd of December and I received them after lunch. I am stoked 👍 I have to say I freaked out for a couple of days because I came across all the negative scammer review here, so really felt the need to leave a review and let others know that there are three avenues to contact them: - Email / - Chat Room Online on their webpage / - sending a message through the message section of their website (scroll down bottom of the page, select "Crancky people stuff", then "Contact". I have spent a S*%t ton of money on sunglasses. I have caned these Pit Viper Execs and every stunt, and every jump, just buffs out of the lenses. I had a spill and damaged one ear piece, parts already on the way. Life time warranty.... Noice! Cant complain at all.

I bought a T-shirt and a pair of sunglasses, for my son, as a christmas present. I live i Denmark, so ordered several weeks before christmas, so I could be sure to have them by christmas. Unfortunately, the package god lost in transit, but Pit Viper immediately reshipped the order, and in less than a week, they arrived i Denmark! We didn´t get the package before christmas, but that was NOT Pit Viper´s fault - they reacted QUICKLY! GREAT Service!
