I don’t think a review is enough space to express the graitude, joy, and overall positive experience one has when dealing with PITS Global Data Recovery. I had done some extensive research on reputable and reliable companies to go to when my HDD drive stopped working. I had been working on a time-sensitive video editing project for a wedding client, where if handled incorrectly, could loose all the footage of their wedding day and damage my reputation as well. The second I met with Zack, my worries lifted, I knew I was in great hands. From the second we began contact he was thorough with his price quotes, data success rate estimates, and explanation of the process. There are simply no gimmicks, he is straight to the point, personable, and there every step of the way to make sure you get every bit of your data back. I was told my type of drive was difficult to recover, yet Zack and his team restored my data above and beyond expectations. The price rates are far lower than any other quote in the area, and the customer experience is likely FAR better than any other in the area (you do the math). They even helped me and educated me on which drives are easier to recover from and how to prevent future data loss in case something similar happens again. PITS Global is the best and most honest company in this space I have ever seen. Zack was my specialist and he explained all the possibilities about recovering my data from my portable hard drive that was damaged. Pits was actually my second company that I brought my portable hard drive to. The first was WeRecoverData.com This company is a fraud. I guess they pay the most for advertising so they popped up first when I did a Google search. I brought them my device, paid them $100 for an estimate and they never even opened it. They gave me a quote of over $5,000 to retrieve my data. Not sure how they knew what was wrong with it, when they didn't even check it. Anyway I got my portable hard drive back and brought it to PITS. Zack sent me a quote the same day for less than a quarter of the price. He was honest, didn't charge for an estimate and always sent me messages everyday with status updates. I guess if your a large company that doesn't care about cost and likes to throw away money then you should go somewhere else, but If you want great service with a quality product then use PITS. Most companies take advantage of you in these desperate times because they know you have very important information that you need to recover. So they charge very high prices, but PITS did the total opposite.
