Great Service! PITS was able to completely recover all the data on a harddrive that had failed over a year ago and another repair shop had been unable to access. There was excellent and clear communication throughout the process, and PITS made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. The prices are very fair for the service provided. we have equipment that the hard drive crashed. it had a lot of programs on it that we needed to get otherwise we would of spent a lot of time re-programing and be backed up with production. They were able to retrieve all programs saving us a lot of valuable time
