Before using PITS I had no access to any of the files on my pass port portable drive. PIT was able to recover the files for me and deliver them on a comparable disc drive. Thank you

Eric was beyond helpful every step of the way. My hard drive had been ruined by magnets in an SD card Reader and I was pretty sure that the data was toasted. I found Pits through just a quick search online and knew from their claims of 99% success and all their lab certifications that they were going to be a premium service. They are but, you get what you pay for. They definitely exceeded my expectations. Don't waste your time going to anyone else if you need your data recovered. Get it done right the first time! Hopefully I'll never have to use them again but, if I do they will always be my first call.

These guys are very professional and did an outstanding job! They were able to recover all my files that I thought were gone forever from my old hard drive that was making loud sounds. Great communication, very courteous and polite. Would definitely recommend!

I don't usually write reviews, but this time I decided to do it for PITS. I had a project that I've been working on for almost 4-5 months, and it was stored on my new (3 months) hard drive. It just stopped working. Then I found PITS on the Internet and decided to contact them. John was very friendly and patient in explaining the whole process in great detail. The process, the communication, the speed, and the price. Everything was just great. I am very grateful to this team. 5 stars!
