PITS Global Data Recovery Services informed us every step of the what what to expect and the cost involved. They were able to recover all of the data we would have otherwise lost according to other companies.

My biggest point of praise for PITS Global is their customer service. I know that I was a difficult customer. A part of it was my ignorance to recover process. Another part of it was not communicating well. Even so, the crew at PITS Global never lost their composure and did their best to work with me every step of the way. They definitely work to serve their customers. I highly recommend.

I reached out to this company after searching usb corruption on Google. They boost a 99% success rate, so I figured I'd give them a chance. I spent $49 and mailed my usb. It took a week for them to respond to say my usb was corrupted and they couldn't fix it 🤦🏽 AND they refused to give my money back per their 100% money back guarantee on their website.
Response from PITS Data RecoveryJun 29, 2022
Dear Kandice, We are very sorry for miscommunication. We do not have money back guarantee for non-refundable evaluation fee. Our full terms are publicly available on our website: https://www.pitsdatarecovery.com/legal/terms-and-conditions/. The fee is refunded only if a customer decides not to ship the device and proceed with our service. This symbolic charge covers only our two way shipping costs and our of technicians' time spent on the evaluation process is not charged to customers. We have investigated your case and see that there was delay in evaluation process. Please be informed that some cases require more time for evaluation and we apologize for that. We would like to kindly inform you that considering the delayed in evaluation service our accounting department was instructed to refund the $49 momentarily. Based on our records you received the amount on June 16, 2022. Please let us know if you have any questions: 888.611.0737 Regards, PITS Global Data Recovery Services.
