Kevin was my initial contact when I sent over my data to be recovered. The process was very simple, they completed their work within the original time frame given and I'm not 100% sure, but most of my data was recovered. The process was seamless and Kevin worked with me to make sure I got the best deal and service as possible. Thanks again PITS and hopefully I won't need you again!!!! (smile)

I had extensive family genealogy research on my flashdrive which had unfortunately became corrupt and disabled. I stupidly had not backed up my work for almost a year. I was panicked and distraught. All my hard work was lost. I called Pits Data Recovery and Eric calmly walked me through some steps and said their company could try to retrieve my files. I was nervous but sent my drive via mail to them. Within 3 weeks I got word my files were successfully recovered.. awesome job.

Friendly folks and great service. Wish it was a bit cheaper but happy with the results.

So many things! Not only did they recover an enormous volumn of precious memories from a damaged hard drive back in 2021. But 5 years later, after I had carelessly lost my access key, they provided it with one quick phone call reintroducing me to those memories once again. They are courteous, friendly, supportive and kind. They truly go the extra mile to make things right. 100/100. Thank you!!!

The staff of this company was so reassuring from the moment I contacted them that I knew there would be a succesful outcome in recovering the data from my failed external hard drive. Samuel explained the process and that is exactly how it went. Emma and Kevin were extremely helpful in getting me up and running when my new hard drive was returned and not one piece of data was missing they had 100 % recovery. I am 100% satisfied and highly reccomend their services.

Super prompt and professional service, well worth the price. Kevin was particularly helpful throughout the entire process. I wanted to recover over 10 years' worth of photos and videos off a smashed laptop that I was told was unrepairable. I am a Luddite and these guys handled it all for me with great communication all the way.

I’m eternally grateful to Pitts Data Recovery! They were able to recover 100% of my lost data. On top of that success, the communication from start to finish was excellent. Eric was respectful, helpful, and so pleasant to deal with. His response time to my voicemail was prompt (within about 15 minutes)! And … I received my new fully loaded hard drive a day earlier than expected. I would wholeheartedly recommend Pitts Data Recovery to anyone who needs data recovery. 10/10.

Eric was fantastic at explaining and helping me understand the process of recovering my data on my external hard drive. I was able to look at my files which where 100% recovered and the other places I had look at my external hard drive said they could not recover any files. Eric’s assistant Emma was also very polite and helpful to me for viewing my files. Thank you!
