When a hard drive fails it is a very stressful event and you need a reliable and trustworthy source to rectify the issue. Also knowing where to go for this can be just as stressful . Thankfully Eric Morgan at PITS data recovery was able to help in a prompt, reliable and sympathetic manner. I would certainly recommend them

I started out confused because the parameters of getting help for a defunct hard drive were complex and specific- but this service turned out to be amazing. The hard drive had really important interviews that I needed for a film, and it had been sitting broken in a drawer for 8 years when I finally reached out to PITT. I got them all back, beautiful and whole and fully functional for my edit. So grateful for this service!

Absolutely phenomenal service from PITS Data Recovery. From the frantic panic of realizing that I might have lost very important data in my external hard drive to making that life -saving call to Samuel and his team, to the seamless postal services of getting my hard drive to them; to being kept in the loop with every detail that was being employed to retrieve my data, to finally being given a brand new external hard drive, my entire experience with PITS Data Recovery was nothing short of being phenomenal. Thank you Simon and the rest of your team.It was truly a worthwhile investment on my part . Will definitely be seeing you again for any future business!!!!! Well done 10 stars

Wow. I’m a software engineer and photographer. I am well aware of redundancy and have had a cloud backup solution in place for years. When my external drive failed and my cloud storage provider deleted my files (that’s another story) I was devastated. I had my external drive in shops for 5 months. No luck. Then I rang up Eric Morgan at PITS. I was desperate and Chat GPT recommended PITS. I was all in after talking to him. Here I am 3 weeks later, looking at my life memories again. Words cannot express my gratitude. Easy recommendation.

I spoke with Eric, who was very personable and helpful. He explained things clearly. When there was a problem with the phone breaking up, he kindly called me back. Thank you!

It’s hard to put into words exactly how we feel! We had some extremely valuable information that potentially was lost that affected thousands upon thousands of people. It is such a scary thing we had never been through this process before, but this company was stellar and how they handled us, constant communication, answered any and every question. Delivered 100% of what we thought we had lost other places said they could not retrieve it, but this company did! We will forever be grateful and hope they continue to grow and touch more people. I’m an extremely hard person when it comes to reviews, and this was the most enjoyable one to give.

I attempted to transfer precious family photos from an outdated Mac OS to an updated version without success, after iMac tech wiped the hard drive to update the OS, I discovered the hard drive back up I was counting on to restore the data had stopped functioning several months earlier and data/photos were irretrievable. Contacted PITS Global and spoke to Kevin C. Brought Toshiba hard drive to the Brooklyn location. Was informed within a few days the HD problem was mechanical but the disk data was retrievable. The price quoted was reasonable and not charged until data was recovered, reviewed & approved. Since some of the recovered data was in an obsolete format, it took a couple of technical procedures for Kevin & the technicians to retrieve my photos in a format I was able to view (from home by app), verify it was the desired files, which were then to be transferred to a hard drive and returned to me. Kevin & the entire PITS technical team were very patient & attentive as I tried to explain the problem in my non technical language and what I hoped to recover. They went above & beyond my expectations explaining the situation in terms I could comprehend……I highly recommend PITS & Kevin C.
