What made my experience great was Emma! Her professionalism and knowledge and explanation of the process made me feel confident that the data would be recoverable. And if it wasn’t, she assured me there would be no additional charges. Email updates and a phone conversation kept me informed up to the minute. The biggest asset was all correspondence being with the same representative throughout the entire process. And additionally helping me through the online process on the phone while I completed the initial application was tremendous. That to me was a huge plus. wow! it started with a regular day sitting at my computer opening up my files on my USB - when my PC told me corruption has occurred!!! panic - long story short found PITS talked to real human! I sent my USB to PITS lab - they discovered the fault and quoted me price ( more than I expected however gave me a discount as first time user) - PITS Kevin and team had success!!! recovered ALL my saved word documents, PP, and pics that were lost on my corrupted USB!
