Well it started out bad very bad but the way they fixed it made up for it So for outstanding customer service I will give them 5 stars

I have spinning reels in several models from Piscifun monofiliment line as well as Braid Raingear dry bags etc. Never disappointed in Puscifun merchandise nor customer service. Several high end rods I have are paired with Piscifun reels.

Excellent quick service, bought 4-4000 loaded with braid for hybrid worked excellent. Will test them.

I ordered two reels and two rods for my grandson. I couldn't resist the sale prices. the one piece rod arrived with the handle snapped in half. Obviously damaged in shipping. I sent a text to customer service to see how to proceed. they replied the next day and said not to worry they would send a new rod. two days later the new rod arrived. Piscifun products are a great value and worth every penny. the Grandson loves the reels & rods and was shocked at how nice they cast compared to his Famous BIG NAME outdoor supply company rod and reel which cost twice as much. if I need fishing equipment Piscifun is the first place I look. Thanks for making fishing affordable again.

Rod that I ordered was broken . Notified Piscifun and a replacement rod was delivered in less than a week . This was the 3rd rod I have purchased and will continue to purchase from Piscifun . P.S. Rod was broken by U.S.P.S. , not Piscifun.

My second Flame reel, using them for everything from smallmouth, pike, to snook

I have bought several Flame reels and have been VERY impressed with their quality!! I also have sold them to friends at my cost and they, too, have been impressed with their performance! For the price of these reels, I'd compare them to several brands costing much more. I intend to get more of these and check out the higher priced reels you offer.

I have several Piscifun rods, both casting and spinning, along with their reels. Very smooth reels and the rods are spectacular. The ONLY drawback is, of course, that these are made in China. However, I did have a "glitch" with one of my reels and it was rectified in a matter of just a few days. Customer Service is fantastic.
