I sent an email with my questions and received an immediate response which offered a solution to my question. My items were shipped in a couple of days and I received them in a short time. I have 4 Picifun rods and 11 reels. I haven't had one issue with any of them. Love how smooth the reels are and the sensitivity of the rods are outstanding.

Catching catfish from 4 to 33 lbs. In current the 33 was hell. For the price , wind ratio, looks and smooth line feed it’s second to none so far. Give me a yr or two to play around. It’s officially one of the six rod/reel combos I run. That says a lot . I own penns to shameful Shakespeare’s. If it had 4 to 6 lb more drag for the dams I fish when pulling water? Wow! I give it a 9 out of 10 . I do have pics .

Order Shipping was messed up by Amazon Logistics but Piscifun, communicated well about the problem and also took the initiative to resolve the issue, even though it was not their fault with the Shipping.
