Needs improvement communicating when order is pulled and shipped

I ordered an 8 weight 4 piece rod and a reel and i haven’t had any problems with the rod! Works great i really like it. The reel seems to have some problems where the drag will slip and lose traction and the line will get knotted up in the backspin. No other complaints.

Great reel but sent the wrong color! It’s o.k. Just not what I expected.

I would of gave you a 5 star rating but getting it shipped to me takes a week. As far as the reel and packaging this is a 5 star product.

Like the rods and reels only complaint is that spare reel spools for ALL your reels should be available at your website and not have to be ordered through PayPal and a different method all together

Reel is smooth and but a bit heavier compared to some of my other 500 size reels. That being said, for the price point, tough to beat and will order again.

I've not had the reel out on the water yet. It appears to be a good quality reel. I feel the handle is a little big for the size of the reel.

The reels are smooth out of the box. They hit all the right points i.e. sealed bearings, drag, folding handle- real plus, design, price, and looks. Although haven’t had them on the ice yet, but will soon. Biggest drawback made in China.
