I added some appearel and line to my last order and my freight cost went from free to $5. So I pulled those items out of my order and it shipped free. Seems stupid that those items cost money to ship but reels cost nothing. I fish walleye tournaments and was going to wear some of your logo items in those events. But that won’t happen now.

I have ordered many items directly from Piscifun. All of them have been as expected and performed at or above the dollar amount invested. My last purchase consisted of a 1 piece Serpent pole. Thankfully the pole arrived undamaged, however I believe it was all by luck itself. The packaging and care when securing the rod in the tube definitely needs attention. The pole was hanging out of the tube and the end caps were barely taped on. I purchase quite a few rods (14 in the last 6 months) , almost all of them are online purchases. The other companies always ensure the product is safely secure in the tube and suspended within so the tip or butt of the rod does not come in direct contact with the end caps. This one had a few pieces of bubble wrap and an insignificant tape job on the cap. It’s a shame because the rods do seem nice, I’ve ordered 2 so far. Hopefully they read this and can assure the customers they will try to protect the shipment as best as possible.

The rod tip on my Serpent rod snapped on the first cast in early may and I tried contacting Customer service back on May 17 and got no reply. I then called on May 19 and got the warranty request initiated (I thought) but heard nothing into June. I called 2 more times and finally got an e-mail response on July 4. After a couple of more e-mails I finally received a replacement rod on July 27. The second lady I talked to on the phone said that the communication problem would be addressed. I believe this would have been concluded within a month if she had been handling my account solely. Pescifun equipment has exceeded my expectations and I would love to give CS a 5 star rating if not for the time involved. Ronald Bowers Houston, Tx.
