Very fair and honest

Water Heater Replacement
I had an excellent experience with Pipe Works Services when they replaced my water heater. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. Team was professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. What really stood out was their attention to detail and respect for my home, they kept everything neat and clean throughout the job. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I couldn't recommend Pipe Works more!

Run... Brand new system installed... Not working after 3 months..... Company does not stand behind work. Very sad.

Hello Daniel, we are sorry to hear you are unhappy, but when we went out to check the AC system, your filter was completely covered in dust. You are responsible for the upkeep of the system, we do provide maintenance services as well, if you would like to have us provide that for you, those services are always offered. We stand by our installation and hope that you will call us or another company to provide maintenance to your system.
