Mike was very helpful and professional, as were the workers, who worked very hard. My only negative is the re-cementing in the basement, which is a different type of concrete from the rest of the floor. It isn't smooth and is higher than the original floor. Maureen Hally

I continue to be impressed by everyone I interact with at Pipe Works, including office workers, technicians, etc. Especially the technicians. All the folks are very professional and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work!

PipeWorks consistently does professional and expert work. They service my AC/heating, installed wall insulation and replaced an attic fan. Last week, Matthew did an excellent job replacing my old kitchen faucet and shutoff valves. He also tested the water pressure and hardiness in my home, and made valuable observations and recommendations that I will follow. Thank you, Matthew and PipeWorks!

Denzil and his crew did a great job re-insulating my attic. They were all very professional and did a great job cleaning after the work was completed. I was also kept up on the progress.

I am thoroughly disgusted with this company. I spent $15,000 and the insurance company required an itemized bill. I requested one in June. It is now October and after many attempts, they still have not sent one, although they said they would. Also, what they quote you is not necessarily what you would pay. I would strongly suggest you read the fine print, my amount doubled. And even after paying all that money, they can’t follow up on that simplest request. The owner of this company should be ashamed of himself. Their reply never answered the question of why I can’t get an itemized bill even though they promised they would send one. So basically I cannot get my $15,000 recovered from my insurance that I had because of their incompetence and unwillingness to do the simplest task. There is absolutely no transparency with this company. Again, the owner should be ashamed of himself running a company like this.

Hello, our pricing reflects the work performed, including any additional work that may be necessary due to conditions discovered during the excavation project. We strive to communicate costs transparently and ensure charges reflect the services and work required. Every project is unique and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify our approach. Thank you for your feedback.

From start to finish the job went very smoothly. John was prompt in answering my questions and the installation team were polite and efficient. I would use Pipe Works again and highly recommend it.
