Pipe Works Services just re-insulated the rear wall of my home. The job was done neatly and timely by a very friendly and professional staff. The wer also here recently for my heating maintenance and some plumbing needs. Again, very timely neat and professional. The manager of maintenance even came out for my first maintenance ever to go over some concerns I had. Great job!

Attention to detail has slipped. For several years, we have had someone come annually to service our boiler--flush it and check radiators. This year, after renewing a service contract, the boiler service we thought we were going to get ended up being a 'general plumbing inspection'. When I asked the technician, they said that the order was for a general plumbing inspection. We asked for quote on a new water heater--our heater is 40 gallons. The initial quote was for a 30 gallon heater. We then got another quote, when we asked for a 40 gallon heater with an extended warranty. The quote seems to be for the Lamborghini of water heaters. Frustrating experiences.

Felt cost of requested work was too high, so did not move forward with work, regrettably, because they do very good work. Technician was professional and knowledgeable.
