Scam company, they took almost $20 from my account and showed no transaction history at all

Dear user, When you deposit Pionex.US via ACH, we will pre-fund your Pionex.US account so that you can start trading with the funds immediately, and Pionex.US will settle the funds within 14 days of the deposit. The problem you are experiencing is that Pionex.US has failed to settle the funds due to insufficient balance in your bank account so we will deduct the funds pre-deposited to your Pionex.US account (with a small handling fee). (We have provided feedback to the developer about the lack of record of the deducted funds and will optimize it as soon as possible.) To avoid this issue, the next time you deposit Pionex.US via ACH, please maintain a full bank account balance before the funds are cleared.
