Pinwheel is awesome. Very secure and safe, while still looking cool and sleek. I love this phone for my tween and their customer service is fantastic too! Highly recommend.

Ralph was very helpful in getting a couple of problems I had been dealing with setting up Bark and blocking Google services on our device!

I am so grateful for the chat function to help me set up my Son's phone. The rep was able to help me customize the phone so it was optimal. This is our 1st Pinwheel phone as well as using Mint Mobile for the 1st time. But I feel like I can breathe easy knowing my 11 year old has some digital protection with his 1st smart phone.

I spoke with Ralph Guevarra, who was absolutely one of the top customer service people i have talked too. he was kind and helpful and quick to solve the problem. I have worked in retail for many years in my life and I must say they were incredible! you are lucky to have this employee! keep up the good work Ralph!

Any time I have had to reach out to Pinwheel's customer care team, I've had quick responses and my issue has always been solved. This is a new technology and it has had a few hiccups, but the team is always listening and implementing new things to help make things run smoother and easier for me and my kids.

Safe and sane alternative for families. I have two kids ages 9 and 12 in various activities and I am a small business owner with a crazy schedule. It is critical for me that my kids learn to use smart phones as tools to help them manage their time and their rides. My 9 year old has dyslexia and uses an app to help with her reading. And both of them enjoy taking pictures, texting with their six aunts and uncles, and doing other healthy activities on their phones. But we had to take away their previous smart phones because of ongoing problems with the kids breaking through parental controls. They would always come clean pretty quickly (they were proud of the fact they were smarter than the smart phone and couldn't keep it to themselves) but I was getting increasingly uncomfortable with the situation when my 12 year old discovered porn and was both intrigued and disgusted. I knew I needed to protect my children. And that was right around the time Pinwheel launched. I've been a delighted user ever since. I don't think that keeping technology from kids is the answer--then when they finally have access, they won't know how to use it responsibly. This is a great in-between option. They have access to the apps they need and some fun ones. I know they are safe. I am so grateful these phones exist!

I had an issue with an unapproved phone number contacting my daughter. I was able to determine, with the help of a representative, that the voicemail carrier allows such calls, however, her Pinwheel phone should adequately block her from making a call to the unapproved number. Customer service was prompt, courteous, and answered all of my concerns and questions.
