Nel D is amazing!
Nel D. was an awesome customer care person to work with when transitioning from Pinwheel to a regular android device. Super patient and nice. Overall, Pinwheel has been a great service for our family and we will be back when our younger child is ready for a phone

PARENTS GET THIS PHONE FOR YOURSELF
I got this phone for myself, a parent of 3 young kids. Why? Because I wanted a phone and not have access to social media or internet at my fingertips 24/7. I want my cell phone to make life convenient for me, like GPS, calls/texts. I wanted to be more present for my kids, and this phone has allowed that. It's been such a good mental reset. With that being said, I highly recommend it for children. I do not want my children to have access to the world or any just any person having access to them. Thanks Pinwheel!

Patient & Helpful
I had been playing the telephone game, going back and forth with 3 companies to try and resolve an issue with my son's phone. Chen was my customer service agent on this last go around and I cannot say thank you enough to him for his patience with waiting on the chat with me for a significant amount of time while I had another phone company also on the line. He was extremely helpful, kind, and again, patient to the max. There are not a lot of people or companies who'd be willing to wait for as long as he did, without asking the customer to call/email/chat back later. Chen escalated when appropriate and got us (hopefully!) to a resolution. Thank you, thank you Chen!
