Overall Very Satisfied-Would Use Again and Recommend
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently moved from Arizona to Georgia with Pinnacle Moving Group, and overall, it was a great experience. The crew arrived with all the proper tools to disassemble and reassemble my furniture, and they knew exactly how to handle my Sleep Number bed—which was a big relief! Despite the heat, the movers were kind, hard-working, and stayed focused on getting the job done right. They did show up a little late, which is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, but they absolutely made up for it with their professionalism and care. Delivery was just as smooth as pickup. I really appreciated how well they pack-wrapped everything and used floor protection throughout my home. Huge shout out to Ken for overseeing the process and making sure things went smoothly. Definitely recommend Pinnacle if you’re looking for reliable and respectful movers!
