When I first contacted Pinnacle Foundation Repair, I really did not know what to expect. We noticed a few cracks in our walls and my neighbor told me it was probably our foundation cracking. I was worried that this would be a costly foundation repair as I had heard horror stories about the foundations in TX. When Robby from Pinnacle arrived, he did a thorough check of the inside and outside of my home. I was ready for bad news, but instead Robby said that our foundation did not appear to be in need of repair, but that I should run soaker hoses to keep the foundation hydrated during the hot - dry weather. Robby also told me if I noticed any other cracks to call him and he would come back to recheck. Robby is very knowledgeable about foundation repair, has the highest level of integrity and genuinely cares about his customers. I don't often write reviews, but I was so thankful for Robby's honesty and felt I needed to express my gratitude. Thank you Pinnacle Foundation Repair, I will be your customer for life :)

Very well-run organization. The owner Robby Brown is straight forward, no up sale, just informative and detailed on what your situation requires to fix it correctly. Integrity is a component that is hard to find in private companies these days. Pinnacle exemplifies it.

We have not had any work performed by Pinnacle (yet) but had them come out to review some past work of another foundation company did to our 1930 two story Tudor style home. They also assessed work that may be needed (and overlooked by former company). Pinnacle was very thorough, they listened, and gave exceptional service. They also followed up promptly and provided a report when they said they would! (That's a first!) We have tried several foundation companies on our past and current home, and will definitely use Pinnacle for our future foundation needs! Robby Brown is great!

Robby was easy to talk to and was very responsive. He arrived at our house and explained everything in detail and took time to go over the report and questions we had. Previous owner had some foundation work done and he was able to find the company that did it and saved us money because it was still under warranty. As a first time home owner, we can't thank him enough.
