My home was evaluated by Mr. Brown, CEO of Pinnacle. He was polite and efficient and determined that my house had minimal ground movement that did not require any further action at this time. He provided the same measurements that were given by another company, but additionally, he was helpful in sharing information about the landscape and water management that would help to prevent further damage. This evaluation was at no charge, and he offered to return in 6 months if I was worried that more changes had occurred. I asked if he provided any of the services for the suggested changes, and he responded that he did not. A truly honest man who acted with integrity despite making no money on his visit. He offered excellent advice to ease my worry about the house. I recommend his company without hesitation.

I had three foundation repair companies give me foundation repair quotes on a rent house I own. The house has a pier and beam foundation. All the quotes were fairly close. However, Pinnacle Foundation Repair was the only company to actually crawl the space for an inspection. Pinnacle found a location that had a considerable amount of rot and would have to be replaced. The other two companies did not crawl the space and were unaware of the problem. Also, Robby Brown, gave me helpful hints about handling another problem I had with the house. Pinnacle did not repair the foundation due to an unexpected event. However, I am writing this review to let you know that I was very pleased with the thorough manner of the inspection as well as the professional manner of the company. I will call Pinnacle the next time I have need for foundation repair services.

My home is on a pier and beam foundation. Two of my beams under the house cracked severely causing loads of damage. Both inside and out. I had three companies come out and give me estimates. Pinnacle and Robby Brown was the only one that gave great detail as to what was going on. He and all the other folks at Pinnacle were wonderful to work with. Very polite and respectful at all times. In a word Integrity sums it up.

I interviewed 3 different foundation companies before choosing Pinnacle. Robby and his team did exactly what they said they would, even after having to change the scope of work mid way thru. Overall, Robby and his team were great to work with and made everything work when 4 other adjustment to our pier and beam home (by another company) could never make it right. Thank you to Pinnacle for being professional, quick and easy to work with. It was a pleasure to work with someone you can trust!

Nate was such a pleasure to work with, he was thorough and honest with us. Other companies were very pushy and insisting we get work done right away however we were not sold on their explanations as they were very quick with their inspections and did not take the time to explain their reasoning. Nate walked us through step by step what was occurring logically and explained the solution was rather a lower cost drainage option and watering program as opposed to major foundation work. Pinnacle has done a great job in fixing our foundation. The crews were very knowledge, professional, and efficient. In addition, the management (Robby) stopped by and ensure things were all right. Highly recommend this company.
