Hello from PingPong! We are truly sorry for the experiences you have had. As a regulated FinTech company, PingPong has embraced global industry regulation with a positive attitude since its inception. Our compliance team strictly abides the international anti-money laundering conventions and the relevant laws and regulations of regulatory authorities in the countries where PingPong has its business operations. Therefore, unfortunately we are unable to accept payments that are not fitting in the required standard. We are here to help. If you do think we have made a mistake, please not hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] so that we can make a further investigation. Thank you! PingPong Payments Global Team

They had the hidden wire money fee for withdrawing or sending money. Besides 1% fee they mentioned to you when you sign up, they do not mention that intermediary bank fee will be charged from the money sent to the payment. Our vendor brought us the attention that the money they received from our payment is short and after we investigate, they confessed that it was charged by the intermediary bank. They tried to hide the fee. It is scam. Be careful and recommend to stay away from this service.
