Great communication after sale

Great products and amazing costumer service. Everything was perfect.

Very responsive communications!!

The light fixtures I purchased are of high quality and look great in my home. Ping customer service was very helpful in expediting delivery.

The product arrived perfect and was of high quality. The delivery was quicker than we expected. Love the lights and will order more from Ping Lighting.

This is a quality product! We were looking to buy a similar sconce at Pottery Barn but the finish that my client wanted was on backorder. Ping had the product in stock and offered expedient free shipping. When my client wanted more detailed updates on the expected delivery date, their customer service team followed up promptly with excellent, detailed information. When our goods arrived, they were packed very well and in excellent condition. We had everything we needed for an electrician to install with no issues. I will definitely be looking to source here for more lighting products in the future!

Customer service (Anya) was great! She was very prompt in replying to my inquiry about the item I was interested in purchasing and provided clear information about the item. She also offered to provide the additional length of cable we needed free of charge. This is my 2nd purchase from Ping and the service and products have been great.

Ping exceeded my expectations! The entire process was smooth. Ordering was easy, communication was timely. The quality of the light fixtures is excellent, exactly as described, and they look fantastic installed.
