These lights are from China directly and may not be CSA/UL certified for Canada installation. A light came broken to me and not technically legal to instal in Canada, even though I bought on their website in Canadian dollars. Ping refused to refund the whole light because they deemed the light fixable by me. I asked them to exchange it for a new one, also refused. We finally settled on a partial refund, for a light I don’t want to use. Their led lights are also not all dimmable. I didn’t even try to complain about another light that I learned that from after installing it.

I placed an order in April and still waiting for a refund after months of negotiating and emailing weekly I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I run a small design business and would never ever work with this company again, don't let the cheap prices fool you!

Beware of Ping Lighting! Sconce came damaged and was a clear knock-off of the sconce sold by Wayfair even though Ping Lighting used Wayfair's exact sconce photo and dimensions on a cut-out sheet. We requested return authorization due to the damage and that the dimensions were not the same as advertised. Some of Ping Lighting's ridiculous responses: Place the damaged sconce in an inconspicuous place or give it to a friend, repair it ourselves, send them of photo of where we planned to install it as proof that it was too large for the space. When we insisted on returning it, they sent us an incomplete address in China with. No name, street or building address, only the city, province, country and zip code with a warning that any returns with incomplete shipping information would be returned to sender.

Perhaps my reading comprehension is not very good because I did not see anything in their product listing that reflected these were imitation and knock off items. I thought I was purchasing a Nottaway chandelier at a great price because that is exactly the verbiage that was listed. The product I received isdefinitely 100% not a Nottoway chandelier… If it is represented as an imitation and I missed it then forgive me but buyer beware.

Two months ago I received the wrong light fixture. I reached out to ping lighting to let them know the light fixture looks nothing like the photos. Instead of returning the item they tried to negotiate with me on the price for over TWO MONTHS. There was no resolving my issue so my bank refunded the money for me and labeled the business as a scam. This is the last business I would ever send my money too. Unethical and uneducated.

I ordered 2 lights from Ping Lighting on June 2nd. Today is July 4th. They still tell me to wait. I requested to cancel my order. I will update review on how this situation is handled. . **July 15th, This is an email I received on July 11th.** "Yes, I have confirmed with the product department again. Your order will be shipped this week. After the package is prepared, the carrier needs to help apply for the tracking number. Therefore, I can only give you the tracking number next week. I hope you understand. Please don't worry, your order is an expedited order. And I have just confirmed with the product department again that your order must be sent to the carrier first. I hope you can receive the package as soon as possible." **I'll update again next week.** **July 18th, This is an email I received on July 17th.** "we have already submitted the refund application of 491.3$. You will receive the refund via the account you paid for the order from within 2-5 business days. Please kindly check your account next week." I'll check my account on next week. **I'll update again next week.**

*******YOU HAVE BEEN WARNING****** This company does sell light fixtures and decent ones BUT. I ordered and paid $80 dollars for two week express shipping it took over 3 months to receive my pendants. I reached out to customer service and never received my $80 dollars back. Then when I recieved my order the one pendant light was missing a part, again emailed customer service which is the only way to speak to them and thier on China time zone so they email between 1am and 4 am us time. They said at first we will ship you the missing item but you have to pay shipping. My wife told them no and reminded them about the $80 dollars they still owed us. Then we recieved a email back saying if we give them a good REVIEW they will ship 5 to 7 days. The first email back to them on the missing part was May 8th and we still have not received the part yet. We had to write a good review to get them to send us a missing part and still no part tomorrow is 6 weeks we have been waiting for the part. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

ABSOLUTE SCAM!! Ordered 3 pendant lights and paid for express delivery!! Still waiting for my order. I have reached out several times for update and status and after hounding with emails received 1 response saying that they are still waiting to receive lights. Further emails and no response as to status of order.I have not received anything. Stay clear of website. Order from a trusted site.
