Beautiful light and excellent customer service
The light arrived on time and was easy for the electrician to install. I'ts the perfect color and size for my dining room, and it looks great! Upon installation, the electrician noticed that three small parts were missing. These weren't necessarily integral to the operation of the light, and most people would not have noticed them missing. Since it seemed prudent to do so, I emailed the customer service team at Ping to ask about replacements. I was shocked to get a response within 24 hours. (In my experience, these emails get "lost" in the ether.) Laura asked a couple of follow-up questions in her email, and the parts are on their way. In essence, the Ping Lighting product is great and so is their customer service!
