Ping lighting has customer services that was very responsive to e-mails. The parts I was sent for one of the lamps I purchased did not work and they said they would resolve the issue for me by sending me new parts. The light is beautiful and I can't wait to have it installed.

On this world of e-commerce, I have been particularly impressed by the customer service. Melody and I have been in touch a few times, just to make sure everything was as I wanted, and the communication was so easy and quick. The lamp that we bought was extremely well packaged and got here in perfect conditions, with extra pieces just in case. It travelled all the way from China to Canada and I was able to track down the shipping. The lamp is as shown and looks really good over our dinning table. I highly recommend this company.

Communication was fantastic. Outstanding customer service. Beautiful items and converted to Australian standards ( E27). With no problem at all. Highly recommend. I'll be buying more beautiful lights from Ping.
