Thank you for the greeting and the coffee!
The best things about Pilot at exit 143, off IH40, in Hurricane Mills, TN? The staff (y’all always say, “Welcome to Pilot!”) and the coffee— truly the best on ANY interstate. The not-the-best things? The handicapped stall in the women’s restroom. It has had no handle since before the pandemic, making it difficult to open and shut. (You might ask, “What does the pandemic have to do with this??” I have waited to say anything until now because I thought you might remodel or repair it when things got back to normal, but no.) The tissue holder is taped shut with duct tape (and doesn’t always stay shut), and the toilet leaks from the base at times due to its instability. I hope you have the resources and time to correct these things soon because— really and truly— you have the best coffee on the interstate. (And Buc-ee’s is coming to a restroom near you any day now, I’m sure, so you’ve got to raise the standard before it’s too late!) Thank you for the greeting and the coffee!
