Had terrible experience on way to fla gas pump charge me 226.00 there was no sign on pump telling you that this was going to happen then on way in Georgetown ky the lady at the counter at 130 am was very rude will stay away from any of your business and I am a truck driver daughter

The Pilot at I-10 and Sunshine blvd in Az is under remodel (???) with no signage alerting customers to the lack of products or services. No soda fountain or ice available, warm, overpriced bottled sodas in a (not so cool) cooler, taped up signs with arrows indicating entrance and exit, and nonchalant staff. Keep driving to the next exit. This place is horrible. R in Az

Purchased fuel may 12 2026 in dothan al left and went to tarpon springs fl. Left tarpon springs fl on may 14th at noon fueled in dothan al. Checked my poinzs before fueling had 5200 something and immediatley after fueling i earned 501pts bit my pts went to 4300 something. Call customer service and they said my card was used at this location dothan al. Seem to me all this svanning ids and shit they can store it and let there friends use my pts. This has never happened before however ive had to call on atleast 3 transactions in last month or so because i did not get my pts. Wth pilot do we need to switch to loves. And they tell me well investigate shutoff your card in meantime not happening. I have shower power and wont get my gallons or pts. Also you morons removed where i could see my free coffee ive paid for many cups still waiting for that free one guess not giving it nomore.

Store 691 charged my card 287.59 for items I never received. Of course customer service is useless in which is their mess up and their employees fraudulent charge !! And this useless human is saying that I have to wait 14-30 days for money they stole from me !!!!

Pilot/Flying J is a trash truck stop in Hammond, LA. I was sleeping in my truck on my 34 hour break when there trash man came and banged on my door and woke me up asking do I have a ticket I said to him I don’t need a ticket in a free parking space then he said I was not in one I said what do you mean I’m right across from the other free parking he said only the one’s across from me was free the rest you have to pay this place is small and they have more paid parking then free parking one of the many reasons why I hate pilot flying j truck stop I get better taken care of by loves truck stops then pilot. Also loves points system is a hell of a lot better then Pilot and this pilot I will never come here again it’s just a shitty place to be at period!!

I witnessed a very uncomfortable situation this morning around 7:20 a.m. at the 1440 Puyallup Ave Tacoma, WA 98421 Pilot location. A man and woman entered the store, and the woman who had a boot on her foot politely asked to use the restroom. The three employees behind the counter immediately questioned whether they had purchased fuel before allowing her access. The man, who appeared to be with her, became understandably upset by how they were being treated. Even after he paid for coffee, the interaction remained tense and came across as disrespectful. At one point, an employee offered him a free cup, but the way it was presented made him feel as though he was being accused of doing something wrong. He responded that he did not want anything for free and did not want to be treated as if he were stealing. From my perspective, the situation felt like profiling and unfair treatment toward two individuals who did not appear to deserve that kind of response. After they left, police arrived, and the employees were laughing, which made the situation feel even more inappropriate and unprofessional. I work across the street at the casino, and after witnessing this, I do not feel comfortable returning to this location. This type of behavior reflects poorly on the business and should be addressed.

So if you are going to do construction to update your store that’s fine but let’s think ahead a little bit there is no showers for truck drivers the same people that spend millions in your stores fuel food merchandise but you can’t seriously take our showers away and you have done that due to your construction I was told it would be a month before they get the stuff to finish the showers a month are you kidding me how about we take your showers away for a month and see how you would react at least leave five or so open before construction but a half hour time limit on them it’s all good your updating the stores but don’t say thank you drivers when you turn around and take the only thing we don’t have out here to stay clean in the showers we can’t wait a month or longer for the company your going through to get the showers going it’s ridiculous you know it is so fix it you can you own the stores do something about it it’s the one in Jamestown New Mexico yeah the big one that has over 150 parking and not a single one of us has a shower so fix the issue think ahead thanks a over the road driver
