I have been reading several of your reviews here. I worked for Pilot/Flying J 103 Honda Blvd Pell City, Alabama for three months in their maintenance dept., and I can confirm the unfair labor practices. The managers do all they can to antagonize the hell out their employees, I turned to hate that goddamned company and it's snarky assed people very quickly. They have no respect for their workers, they treated me very disrespectfully, and this is in addition to the fact that they are the bar none filthiest, skankiest, most disease ridden establishment I had ever seen; from truckers leaving full gallon jugs of urine in the trash cans, to syringes also, to people literally smearing excrement on the walls of the restroom stalls. I am now completely retired [THANK GOD!], and I am also disabled now. I am 68 years of age now, and Pilot/Flying J ranks as the second worse company I have ever been employed by, I am even ashamed to have ever been associated with such rancid, narcissistic people. And when it comes to narcissism, they are MARINATED in it! THE worse company was WKW Erbsloe not far from Pilot's location. It was a cross between a early 20th century sweatshop, and WWII Nazi concentration camp. I have never been so grateful to get away from these hellish elements and leave that God-forsaken state.

RV Driver. Stopped at Flyingj, Tolison Arizona, to dump tanks, and gather a few supplies. Credit card reader wasn't working, the dump door was open but, I'm not a thief so I went inside to pay for the dump as I shopped for my supplies. A little over $125 later I get back out to actually use the rv dump. That took about 10 minutes, there's no water available, reducing the value to near zero as then I had to drive to yet another location so I could flush the tank and get rid of the odor. Just as I finished and was getting in to drive away, some teenager looking child wearing a gun and a Security vest ran over to me and started whinning and complaining about me parking my rv at 1 of the 3 dump stations there, the other 2 were empty so it wasn't like I held anybody up. I'll put more business toward Love's now because of this, maybe eventually I can stop using Pilot and Flying J completely.

Poor experience. I have been fueling at a particular one9 location for over 3yrs and without a warning pilot decides to change the way they do driver rewards making me lose almost 4.00 in rewards. Called customer service and agent was not sympatgetic period

SC-I 95/exit (5)-Employee attitude was HORRIBLE. Her tone was disrespectful, harsh, and abrupt. I purchased lottery tickets and then cigarettes and was told harshly to show ID. I paid for the cigarettes and she walked away while I was asking her for a reciept and a bag. This was very upsetting, so I left but had to go back in the store again to ask for a reciept. I will not return nor will I recommend my family and friends to do business in that store. I also recommend customer service training for that employee

Dont ever work for pilot...they will not treat you fairly...a almost 10 year employee was fired for a 48 dollar misshap that they could not find any evidence of anything wrong...but fired a flawless employee with a almost spotless 9 year record..corprate said the computer said to fire her...Ai bullcrap

My wife has stage 4 hodgkins lymphoma a port was done wrong and had to take her to the ER to seek medical treatment just for my boss Steve manager of pilot in Marshall Illinois location 1174 and he proceeded to tell me that my absence was unacceptable with two cashiers and one maintenance individual left to run for the night with just the absence of one less cashier when they had two with the absence of mine so now not only am I out of a job but my wife can now not get lodging for her bone marrow transplant due to me losing my job because I had to go with her to go and get medical assistance over her port.

The thing about pilot flying j is their truckstops are old and outdated they have been for years and now they want to remodel some of their stores lmao it's a joke while i appreciate the new stores I don't appreciate the stores closing their showers to remodel them I've been to 3 stores the last 4 days with the showers being closed. I'm so frustrated by these people I'm switching to the loves brand truck stops .the truth is when I buy 3000 gallons a month at a truckstop and can't even get a shower that's totally crap if they actually did the remodel 10 years ago when those stores needed it instead of letting them get run down and dilapidated they wouldn't be losing a customer but Jimmy Haslam was too busy trying to buy a nfl team instead of caring about his truckstops lol

Pilot/flying j done really lost they self I guess I won't be showering with them anymore.. ill be showering at Loves from here on out.. I can't take the nastiness they don't even clean their showers anymore like they used too.. all across America.. the company I drive for only fuel at pilot/flying j so I have shower power with them. I guess I'll be paying outta pocket with loves cause I refuse to shower in someone else's filth and especially with my baby out here with me.. Pilot/flying J is disgusting amd nasty when it comes to cleanliness all across America
