Very tricky delivery people.
I have an insurance co. replace my washer. When they deliver the washer has no pedestal, so we agreed that they leave the washer while we bought the pedestal and they will install when they delivered. The delivery guy of the pedestal I think intentionally damage the bottom clean out port filter hinges. I have a camera, it looks like he went straight to that port, damaged it, told us to return it, so that he won't installed it, plus he doesn't have anybody with him so how can he bring it upstair. The replacement delivery guy won't bring down the old washer down, he said not his job, only when I let them dispose the old one, he will take it with him. This makes my wife very mad, won't bring down the old since I gave it to my relative learning how to fix appliances. I think no delivery will leave the old inside the washroom, its just they want to give us hard time. Later on they bring it down after pleading with them.
