They picked my item up and I was supposed to get it any time upto 10 at night on the 28th ,still not received it.

2 times I've trusted them to pick up a package 2 times no show don't use this company

I paid Pilot Shipping to ship two large boxes (expensive HiFi speakers) to be transported on two separate pallets and specifically told them NOT to stack the boxes on one pallet. They went ahead and stacked the boxes on one pallet (to save money probably) and of course the speaker that was under the other one arrived damaged. Pilot was a NIGHTMARE to deal with and after almost a year they confirmed that they were denying the claim even though I purchased $10,000 insurance to cover the shipment. I ended up giving the recipient $2500 of my own funds to cover repair. I will never work with Pilot Again and have never been treated so horribly. It was clear that all of them were just trying to cover their asses. I am happy to tell anyone the specific names of these people with the hopes that no one gets ripped off in the future.

I wish I could give a negative but it would be in the billions. Delivery’s always late. Ordered a shower kit and only had got the base. Walmart said we needed to return the whole kit for a refund. WOW can’t return what we don’t have I don’t get it so many business use them. Something is wrong here. Complaining goes nowhere.

1 star is too much for this "company". They haven't delivered my package and have had it stuck in "Out for delivery" for 4 days now. Their website's tracking feature doesn't work and the website only has Lorem ipsum. I fully expect my package to be broken when it arrives.

I finally got a jerk girl on her period angry at the world that yelled at me about how stupid Home Depot employees are. She finally told me there was no schedule required and got my NEW phone not in there system. After yelling at me for 15 minutes, she realized they were wrong. VENDERS: I’LL REFUSE ALL PILOT SHIPMENTS IN THE FUTURE FROM ALL VENDERS, YOU MORONS.

You would be better off using the pony express. They send your freight all over the country keep it for weeks tied up and when you finally get it your lucky if it is not damaged. Worst carrier ever not sure how they stay in business.

Pilot Freight is telling me that because I'm not listed as the billable party for this shipment. Claims are a direct reimbursement of monies exchanged between Pilot and its customer. Please reach out to your place of purchase to proceed. How do I get my refund? It is said that the transmission has been returned back to the seller. Confirmed with video proof by the drop off location Rick case Honda, The courier group pilot came by and picked it up. Contact them or your purchasing company. So now Miguel the Seller is not communicating with me due to use a 3rd party which is your company who purchased it from them. Please get back to me asap.
