I ordered from walmart.com on 11/30/18 and had it shipped to the house. Wal-Mart uses Pilot Freight for shipping. I was sent an email stating that it would be delivered on 12/11/18 and that it required a signature, so someone had to be home between the hours of 10:00-18:00. I waited all day for the delivery, tried tracking the package and it gives very little detail. I called Pilot and before they will deliver, you have set up an appointment or your package will not be delivered. NEVER have I had this happen with UPS or FEDEX. Needless to say, my son will not be getting his birthday gift on his birthday. INSANE!!!

still waiting for parcel due to be delivered 31 October. When I try to contact them the phone number is not recognised. Dreadful service.

I would advice against using the delivery option as the company I had the unfortunate dealing with, PILOT FREIGHT SERVICES is outright terrible with their service. When making an appointment for service, I was given a wrong time of arrival resulting in the workers arriving earlier than scheduled. When called back, they were rude and unreasonable, trying to put the blame on me. I don't appreciate being treated badly when I made the effort and time to be home only to be let down by a breakdown in communication at their end. I have paid for services which was not rendered, which I am getting the feeling the company did not intend to fulfill in the first place.

I ordered a daybed that was supposed to be delivered last week. Pilot said they were missing a piece so they could not deliver. The daybed company resent the missing piece. I called pilot today and now they are missing two pieces. I don't understand how they can loose product! When I call to get a status, they say they are checking their docks and will get back to me, but they never do. I will never again order anything from anyone who uses Pilot. They cannot be trusted!
