Walmart showed it delivered to Pilot on 10/16, I couldn't get a delivery date for almost 2 weeks after. I scheduled my time from 3-7 pm two weeks later. Then the rude driver called me first to ask me if my apartment was upstairs because it started with a 2, and I said yes, then he informed me that, "he doesn't get paid enough to take it upstairs so if I am not home he will leave it downstairs outside.” I said, that won't be necessary because I planned to have someone meet me there at the times 3-7. Then he had the nerve to ask me if he could come earlier because he was running early?!? Uh no... then when it was dropped off to my friend he just started whining about it again and my friend replied, "no one asked you to take it upstairs" just to get him to quit whining. Horrible. Awful experience. I wont' buy from Walmart ever again, just because of this.

Worst company i have ever dealt with. Pilot had a month to schedule my delivery and they were so unorganized that if i hadn't called them every day for 2 weeks i think i never would have received my item. They lost the bed, had 3 failed delivery attempts that they had to cancel (on their end) for various reasons. when we finally received the piece it looked as if someone took a sledgehammer to it.

Tracking info on Pilot's website shows Sept 20 delivery date. Did not arrive. Called on the 23rd, was told delivery would be next day on the 24th. Here it is Sept 25th and I'm still waiting..........

The worst shipping company. Lost my package but didn't call me to let me know so I waited for four hours until calling them and they said it was not out for delivery due to being misplaced. Plus their tracking numbers only work when you have the shippers zipcode but if it's coming from a warehouse how should I know what the shippers zipcode is.

For some reason Dell uses this service instead of a known consumer option like FedEx or UPS. I made the mistake of ordering a TV from Dell. Dell made the mistake of using Pilot. I had to take time off work to meet their schedule so they could deliver a TV they had absolutely obliterated and leave it in my house.

I purchased a flat screen television from Walmart.com, and they informed me Pilot Freight Services would be delivering the television to my home in a week. Pilot then delayed my delivery a freaking month out instead of a week, however no big deal. On the day of delivery, Pilot never called to schedule the delivery to make sure someone would be home, however they posted on my order that they called three times. When they finally did call, they stated they would be 20 minutes late, keep in mind they were already four hours late from the time they said originally. 3 more hours later, they finally show up at 10 PM at night. They deliver the TV, and leave. I open the box and the screen is completely shattered!! So I call them and that conversation literally goes nowhere. I'm still currently trying to get this resolved with Walmart to get a refund. This company is terrible and do not give a crap about the customers... they don't even deserve the one star.

Pilot delivery is a very dishonest company. I ordered my first TV through fingerhut. Pilot charged me a 110 dollars to ship the TV never came. Pilot delivery had the TV just sitting in their warehouse for days. I was upset about how my TV was not being delivered the pilot supervisor took upon himself and had the TV sent back and said customer refused order. Finger hut CEO of sell contact me about the ordeal ask me to give the company a second chance and I did. Reordered a LG 55 inch was recharged a 110 dollars and pilot has my TV sitting in their warehouse for four days the supposed to be delivered on the 11 fingerhut could careless. Pilot is bad for business and fingerhut totally lost my business forever.

If you thought DHL were poor, wait until you use this bunch of useless tossers. Been waiting in all day for a delivery, then at 5.40pm Amazon email to say my parcel will now hopefully be delivered within 48 hours. What a waste of a day. Completely useless
