Pilot Freight ServicesReviews of pilotdelivers.com

Excellent delivery from the Raleigh location. Dryer ordered from IL and was delivered to eastern NC on time, with emails and phone call communication all the way through the process. We were contacted with a half hour lead time and the delivery team delivered the dryer into the workshop, professionally and friendly. This is the second delivery we had to our new home, with Pilot, and we highly recommend this service.

It's amazing app

This is my first time using Pilot services. Was told Item was to arrive 12-4-20 10am to 6pm. item arrived as scheduled at 7:15 pm. The 2 gentlemen were very courteous and professional and out of their comfort zone here in the country lol. we laughed a bit when they ask about the wild animals out here... i know there are alot of bad experiences with Pilot on here , i just wanted to share my good encounter i had with them.. and hope those boys get back to the city alright ... lol

The delivery crew was very personal hard working individuals and very polite. 10 out of 10. I would recommend them to my friends.

I had a good experience with pilot. I order a 65inch vizio tv from Walmart. I must say that I was pleased with the service and the tv arrived earlier than expected and in one piece despite some of the bad reviews I read after ordering the tv. The reviews had me worried while in transit all the way til I open it and inspected every inch of the tv. Once I put the TV together and turned it on my fears were relieved. The tv worked great with no damage and as of June2020 I think pilot has made some changes to make sure customers get there packages on time and in one piece. Thank you for a great service during these hard times I appreciate it

I had never heard of Pilot before ordering a TV from Dell. When I looked up their reviews, I was absolutely terrified! I felt compelled to write one of my own, because my experience was just fine. I scheduled an appointment online. The window ended up being slightly changed day-of (1:00-5:00 instead of 11:00-3:00). At about 3:30, a nice gentleman called to let me know they were about 15 minutes out. They arrived just about 15 minutes later with my TV, which was in perfect condition. They offered me help getting it inside. One of them even handed me a package that had been sitting outside because he noticed it was there waiting. I was so impressed. I was so afraid of this delivery company for absolutely no reason! Do not be afraid if you are in the same position!

First time I ever dealt with Pilot. Ordered a 65" TV from ABT Electronics, Chicago. I'm in Ohio. Ordered 3-13-2020, received 3-17-2020. Called Pilot Sat. morning, about changing my delivery I made online. Online, the soonest I was able to make was 3-21-2020. Was told to call them Monday morn. 3-16-2020, when they would probably have it in Cleveland. Called Monday, they delivered Tuesday, within the timeslot of noon to 5pm. Delivery aprox. 1:30 pm. All in good shape. I realize other people's reviews are probably accurate. Mine is accurate too. You decide. John from Akron, Ohio

I have great things to say about the delivery of my tempurpedic mattress & adjustable base. Gregg & Jeff were wonderful. They were pilot & courteous even took off shoes. I did not ask them too but Gregg did. Set up everything to my requests & cleaned up all the trash & packaging. They called at 1:59PM & said would arrive at 2:40 PM & arrived at 2;39PM...now I call that efficient. These men did a great job I praise them highly. Thank you again Gregg Bradley & Jeff. They said they were with TNT. Christmas blessings, Phyllis McRary
