Through My experience with Pilot Freight's service, I can only rate them -0. I inherited My Great Grandmothers 120 year old ornate flower table when my Mom passed away, and sent it through Pilot Freight from San Diego To my Condo in Florida, as I had left San Diego to go to Maine for several months and was unable to be there in person, I had my home watch guy open up garage for the delivery driver. Pilot Freight's dishonest delivery driver handed a crushed table from the back of the truck to my home watch guy and left with out documenting the damage. The table was suppose to be crated, but was only rapped in plastic. I contacted Pilot freight within a few days of arriving at the Florida Condo and viewing the damage for my self. I filled a claim. After notifying them in December of the damage and jumping through a lot of hoops to provide them with every thing they requested. On May 15th they denied my claim because I did not fill the claim within three days of delivery. Bottom line, they damaged the table due to gross negligent and refused to pay for the repairs." Beware" my experience with and opinion of, Pilot Freight is that they are not a repeatable company. They have no intentions of making good on any Damage.

Not sure why they even bother with making appointments if its not here on time

Pilot Freight Services THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I made a order online for a 65" TV FROM WALMART thank God I called the shipping company because I was told that it will be left in the lobby I live in a big buildin I INFORMED them that I have a 1 MONTH YEAR OLD BABY and I can't make it so the lobby especially during this time THE MAN WAS VERY NASTY AND REFUSE TO GIVE HIS NAME HE SAID HE WAS THE SUPERVISOR I was told I can cancel my order because I wasn't able to MAKE IT DOWNSTAIRS... THESE PEOPLE ARE Disgusting!!! and everyone needs to know they do not care about anybody's lives. I understand that people can't make contact right now but the least they can do is leave it at my door.Then I received information from a gentleman that was able to help me after all of that and finally was able to come to an agreement of how they can assist any little better

They scheduled the delivery one week later than the seller had promised. So don't rely on them if you actually need something in time.

Driver arrived and spent ages searching through van. Eventually came to door and said I had an item to return - not so, I was expecting some shelving. He returns to van and gets out large parcel - packaging badly ripped - I said I wouldn't accept it but he assures me contents are ok. Through the ripped cardboard I see it's not shelving, nor does it have my name and address on the front. Point this out and he reluctantly puts it back in van and decides my package was too big for his van and so he would come back later. That was several days ago and since then nothing. Order now being cancelled by Amazon.

I understand that COVID-19 has impacted these companies in a big way. And that they have to prioritise deliveries of certain products. But shouldn't beds be a priority as well? I know that food etc is the most important at the moment. But what about beds, I mean we sleep in them every night. And if people have back problems or other problems. Shouldn't you prioritise it as well? The delivery was going to be Wednesday and now its Saturday and I'm sleeping on the floor with nothing this is a joke!!!!

I thought writing a review might help, but then I saw the thousand other bad reviews that are identical my review and realized the just don't give a crap...

This company is a total sham. First package was damaged. Got obvious damage to my property when they picked up the first damaged package. I requested 2 people to pick up and they sent one. I saw the delivery guy dragging the super heavy furniture across my porch. Immediately went out, told him to stop, took pictures, filed a claim. And for MONTHS Cecilia Anderson strung me along like they cared. Wasted time getting estimates and was denied for no other reason then them saying the driver said he didn’t do it. Even though I have him ON FILM. This is coming from the claims manager Christian.
