Horrible service. On their website it says my package was out for delivery yesterday. Today I get a call from a different company saying they have my package & will deliver in 2 more days. When I call Pilot, OF COURSE, there's nothing they can do & they don't know why their company website is showing me that my package should of already been delivered. FLAT OUT LIARS! I will NEVER use this company again & I'll definitely be spreading the word on all social platforms.

Company said they would deliver today then when they didn't show I called them. All of a sudden my shipment was damaged and they couldn't deliver?! Everything about the phone conversation screamed lies. I called the company I ordered the product from and they said that this delivery company is awful and she wasn't surprised about my experience. The customer service agent even told me I should shop somewhere else if possible because this was the only freight service they used.

Disgraceful company. Waited in all day for a delivery, got a message at 7.35pm that they attempted delivery at 8.13pm!! Yes that's right they said they attempted delivery 45 mins after sending me the message.!! This company lies to you.. Said they tried delivering twice today.. Ermm no you didn't even though I was in I checked my CCTV and nobody approached my door from Pilot.. No vehicle from Pilot even came on my road as that too is covered by CCTV. As you can see from other reviews they fail to deliver your goods.. Do NOT use this company. I've complained to Amazon who use this company, luckily Amazon refunded my money. Makes you wonder where all these missing parcels end up.. Maybe a bonus for Pilot employees.. Please stay clear of Pilot.

My pregnant wife contacted them after they never delivered a crib today that she received multiple emails (from them) stating that it would be delivered today. The response she received was, “this was a miscommunication with the company, Lady, so no skin off my back.” When my wife politely tried to explain how she received emails and could forward them to him, the manager interrupted with, “Let me know when you’re done.”

I would not even give this company a one star. Came to pick up my package since I will not be available on the delivery date. I waited over an hour for them to load my truck.. what the heck people? Wasted my time and gas. Will not use this company again that’s for sure.

Absolutely shocking. Box completely battered and open so pieces were missing, the item was broken and they didn't even knock the door just left the box in the front garden in the rain. Also it was 2 days late.....the list goes on and on. Now I'm stuck with the item as the seller won't pay for the return shipping which will cost me more than it's worth.

Item was not delivered on scheduled time, I called back every day for 3 days and just got the runaround. Finally escalated and the item was lost somewhere in their dock. No one knows where it is and no one ever called me back after 4 phone calls. This is the worst delivery company ever experienced. If this place burned to the ground, at least it would be a better excuse for failed for delivery. Better reliability with the pony express

tracking info is a joke , said it was at final destination and a week later i still don't have my freight. Horrible customer service, left on hold forever.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
