The worse company ever. Never ever use them. I had no choice as it is an amazon currier. I’m just shocked they’re still in business. At least here in the uk. Amazon need to drop them immediately as I won’t purchase from amazon again. Never had issues with eBay orders. Always on time or even earlier than planned.

Ordered a part for my truck and was told it would be delivered on Friday. I was called Friday afternoon and said it wouldn't be until Monday. Monday came and went with no delivery, I called Tuesday at noon and left a message to call me back. Recieved a call at 4:30 and was told I needed to schedule a delivery. I ask what was available and was told at the earliest it would be Friday, so I ask for it to be delivered then. I recieved a Calm on Wednesday from a robot call to set up a delivery time and to call them. I called the number and no answer, so I left a voicemail to call back. They have had my part for a week and are only 45 minutes away, it only took 2 days to go from California to Texas. Something is seriously wrong with this company...

Today at 3.15 I was on the phone to Amazon as the order had not arrived, the Amazon person rearranged it for tomorrow, as they claimed the packages got separated, at the same time I checked at it said it was returned to depot, I looked again several hours later and they claimed that they tried to deliver it at 3.15 whilst I was sitting in my front room next to the front door. Liars.

Deliveries allegedly attempted (on wrong day) no way to contact company direct. Tracking just says it's on the way, so no idea when it will arrive. No attempts made to inform us of time of arrival

Tracking in Amazon indicated delivery of a COMMERCIAL FREEZER to our home address August 12. It delivered today - while we were away at work on 8/6/20. We did not receive 24 hour notice - even though the PILOT site states they scheduled the day before. The Freezer was delivered on a pallet - backed up to our garage wall. Problem is - the thing is bolted down and we can not move the thing to get the Freezer unbolted from pallet as it is against the wall. If we had notice, we had intended on being home - so we could have it delivered into the garage so we could unwrap.

Received a message from Amazon that order would be delivered by Pilot between 7am and 9pm on 3rd August. No sign but on checking tracking Pilot alleged attempted delivery at 21.01 - we were in and no card was left. Check to see progress this morning and find another attempted delivery at 6.20 (sic). Amazon were no help just repeating the lies about attempted deliveries and saying they couldn't contact Pilot. Order actually arrived without warning at 12.15, delivered by Hermes whose driver said this was his first attempt and, when I mentioned the attempts logged by Pilot he just laughed.

I ordered a ladder through Amazon. It did not come. This company says that it delivered it. It did not. Tracking does not work and is designed not to. A vampire company.

Lies saying they tried to deliver when they just never bothered
