Orders a radiator cover off prime next day delivery it didn’t turn up on the Thursday or the Friday then said it was due to be delivered on Saturday waited nothing , it again said out for delivery on Sunday nothing went through the same on the Monday ended up phoning Amazon got my money back pilot is the worst delivery service I’ve ever come across tried to use the tracking reference they gave it was non-existent !!! Stay clear!!

Ordered table on amazon prime, next day turns to 3 days, following in the delivery on amazon, and Monday by 8 changes to sometime Wednesday. Looked at pilots website -and its not even a valid site with Lorem ipsum text to make up space. Smelled a rat. Contacted amazon, asked to cancel. They said "no, they haven't gone past the planned date" they had, Monday became Wednesday. Amazon said it's been despatched, said no, don't want it, they broke their promise. Amazon argued the toss, asked to escalate it, then I got my money back. Neither Amazon or Pilot covering themselves in glory. Look out for the "fake" pilot pages.

‘Attempted Delivery’ notification came through at 2:20 saying delivery attempted at 3:15. How is this even possible. Waited in all day and they haven’t even bothered. Ordered from Amazon and they couldn’t even get through to them. Amazon promises me the parcel will be here tomorrow. Not holding my breath.

Absolutely awful, another Hermes, 2 day delivery 15 days later. Do not use or buy anything delivered by them, enough is enough,, consumers being used.

So Frustrating! Waited in all day for delivery then noticed at 7.41pm they had updated to say attempted delivery at 8.16pm. How can that be when it’s not even 8.16pm yet. Called amazon to be told oh well it will have to be delivered tomorrow now. After reading all the similar terrible reviews of “attempted deliveries” I’m not holding my breath it’s going to happen now. No idea how this cowboy of a company is running or even working with a big company like amazon. Putting me off ordering with them again

Ordered a product from amazon and was given a delivery date of 9th August (6 days despite being a Prime member). The item in question was being delivered by Pilot. Early that day, we got a notification saying it was out for delivery. At 6pm, we still saw no sign of the package, so checked the account and saw an update saying it would be delivered by 8pm. 8pm came and went, and still no sign of the delivery. I called amazon at 9pm, and they basically said as it was not an amazon courier, they could not contact the delivery driver, and also had no way of contacting Pilot. They gave me two contact numbers for the company's customer service, neither of which were UK numbers. They also couldn't tell me whether the delivery would arrive at some point late that evening and I'd have to wait up, or if it'd be delayed until another day. At 10pm, the account finally updates saying "will attempt to be delivered on 10th or 11th" with no guarantee this would definitely take place. Awful company - I don't know why amazon are using this service if they can't even contact them to chse up missing parcels.

Amazon order gone missing. I thought I was alone, clearly not. I ordered from Amazon, the "courier" Pilot apparently attempted delivery at ridiculous hours 12.15am? Really. Then they claimed it was delivered when I was in the house so it clearly wasn't. Then Amazon accept no responsibility and refer you to Pilot. Pilots web site is a joke - any way to contact them? Is there hell. Phone number to a different country? No thanks. So they took the money but no goods were delivered and there is no recompense. How is this possible when it is clearly illegal.

Ordered an item from amazon who have used pilot as a delivery company. Stated it would be delivered by 8pm in 3rd September. Then new message at 8pm saying parcel is running late but will still be delivered. No delivery at all. Latest message was pilot attempted delivery at 01.30 am. Erm don’t think so. This was an error as no delivery had occurred. Complained to amazon as this is unacceptable. Lies about delivery attempts and still waiting for order to arrive. Today 4th September apparently out for delivery but noticed an attempt has been added for 5pm yesterday I was home. It’s frustrating to be treated like this. Why amazon are still using this company is beyond me. It’s not looking after it’s customers for sure.
