Cannot reach anyone on phone to schedule delivery. Tracking number states order ships from Dallas, TX but, destination is Atlanta, GA? I live in Killeen, TX. Started return of item to Walmart. They wont accept return after 12-31-20. Websites states delivery 1-8-2021? Excessive freight charge on Free Delivery. Ordered tv on black Friday. I won't ever make this mistake again. For $80.00 freight charge, I could drive 2 hours and pick up myself. Disgusted with Walmart and this shady Company. I believe any of these positive "reviews" are not truthful. All consumer sites reporting extremely high volumes of complaints.

I have never experienced such horrible business practices and ethics in all of my life. With everything going on, this company should at minimum try to provide some kind of decent customer service. Maybe even keep their site current with up-to-date, ACCURATE information and customers wouldn't have to flood the phone lines. Then wait for over an hour, only to get a rude agent that says the computer generates wrong dates and all appointments scheduled will not be honored. That is ridiculous! Well then at least update the tracking information in the system. My agent yesterday lied that she was connecting me to my courier, after I'd waited on hold for an agent for forty minutes, for her to NOT connect me with anyone and send me right back to the end of the cue. Had to wake first thing this morning, call and hold for almost thirty minutes, for an agent to hang up right in my face when I asked for correct information since she says “the system is wrong.” COMPLETELY HUNG UP! She didn't give me the information on my delivery at all. I did not raise my voice to this agent or use any kind of improper/harsh words. But, I did express my frustration of not receiving updates on when my order is anticipated. I paid considerably for an assembly service that has now been canceled. And not rescheduled because of their horrible agents. Covid delays are not this company’s fault. But their horrific customer service agents are. I will be leaving a similar review for this company everywhere I can including, all social media, and the BBB. I will also be sure that anywhere else I make a large purchase, I will be sure that company does NOT use Pilot Freight Services.

Another unfortunate end user for this company. Same story. No show on appointments. Forever wait times on hold. No communication. No updates. Took time off work for this delivery. They should be held somewhat responsible for this horrible service. If I ever purchase a product and see this company as the delivery company. INSTANT DELETE ORDER. Hard to say who to blame. Bad employees or just a bad company. More than likely just a horrible company with horrible processes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...

Wouldn't even give it one star. Have called over three times and been on hold for more than an hour each time. Worst customer experience, worst shipping company. Take the warning from everyone else, avoid this company at all costs.

zero care, dell sent a package to VA after 12 days I am still waiting. not update at web site. I called costumer service, it said waiting time 10 min, After 1 hour I could not speak with them. terrible service

Why are Amazon even using this company ? Delivery never appeared on the day it was meant to, faking attempted deliveries, no updates provided on rescheduled deliveries. As long as Amazon are using them for deliveries, i'll not be using Amazon.

They are the ones who would deserve a zero star. Complete mess, they lost my crate, and they never came on time. Wish i can get rid of them from the net.

Perhaps I'm spoiled USPS, UPS, FEDEX but Pilot takes the cake for lousy service. Impossible to contact a real person about a late shipment , yet according to their emails about tracking and where the item was, it was on the way to my house. Wrong... Pilot did not even have possession of my item. It was out of stock and the vendor where I purchased it was waiting for a shipment from the manufacturer. They LIED! Never again! I got a refund and will buy again somewhere else, when I can pick it up.
