While my shipment from TruFiber was processed by Fedex I noticed they got this third party "PilotDelivers" which I knew nothing about. So I did some research and quickly found nothing but bad reviews. None the less I always like to give the benefit of the doubt and though I can't speak for others i gotta say my experience was very good! I got a call and the woman I spoke with was very courteous and informed me to schedule a time to be present upon delivery and to my surprise I was even getting it a day earlier than expected. Then I met with the delivery driver (very kind as well) and I even saw that the shipment was on the truck properly secured (no smashed in dents or gashes on the box) and also even let me check the contents for damage which is more than I can say for other companies i delt with.....all and all, very pleased with these guys!

The two delivery guys named Shawn and Michael delivered my pool that I ordered from Walmart. They were the best and have outstanding customer service! They deserve KUDOS!! They went beyond just delivery, they put the pool in the house for us! Outstanding customer service!!!

Tyheem and Gary came on time received notice of delivery time day before came as expected. Both were friendly and very competent. Not sure of the spelling of their names

Chris and Megan from the Logan,WV lowes delivered out building materials yesterday. They were on time,friendly,professional,and very HELPFUL! Megan did a stellar job turning and backing that big tuck up in my tricky driveway to unload in just the right spot. And Chris,the muscle, even helped us get things inside out of the weather. AMAZING JOB!!!!

Read some of the reviews, others may not agree but the experience I had was wonderful! Right on time. I ordered a dryer from Lowe’s and Team: Matt and Megan were extremely polite and placed my dryer where I needed it. Great team for sure.. very good experience A+++

Wow I'm glad I didn't read these reviews before my delivery. My delivery of a dishwasher went smoothly. I'm not sure if Lowe's or this company tried to reschedule for a later day but I called Lowe's and she made sure my original delivery date stood. The workers were in uniform, very polite and put the dishwasher right where I wanted it. So no complaints here.

Purchased a large appliance on Walmart. Received the tracking number and was able to track directly through the Pilot website without a problem. Saw when it was picked up (within 2 days), in transit and out for delivery (6 days). Thought I would have to schedule a delivery but it was already scheduled. It arrived on the exact day it was scheduled in the early afternoon and overall it took 8 days. It may be a regional thing but we didn't have any issues with it shipped to California. The driver was also friendly and helpful so thankful that it went smoothly.

I was a little nervous after reading the reviews . I didn’t have any problems with them. They answered when I called and explained why my shipment would be late. It arrived after the tracking info stopped . They had to transfer it to another delivery service to get it to my house in East Texas. Was it a bit inconvenient , sure, did I like a spoiled entitled crazy person and give bad reviews , absolutely not ! I think that’s the problem with all the bad reviews. Calm down, shipments are slow these days , it’s happening all over , we’ve been through a pandemic and things are different now. Not just for you but for everyone. Calm down on the bad reviews
