What an absolutely trash company. Had a delivery scheduled for a friday, didn't show up and had no updates from Pilot at all. Tried to call customer service to figure it out and was put on hold. Which is where I am now. For over an hour. And their horrible hold message repeats over and over and over and over its so f***ing annoying. Then, it says "we are experiencing higher than normal call volume, your estimated wait time is more than 10 minutes" I've heard this message like 3 dozen times in the HOUR AND HALF that I've been on hold. More than 10 minutes? What kind of vague statement is that?!! Does it mean 15 minutes? Does it mean 200 minutes? What a f***ing joke. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I received an email notice of my delivery. To my surprise it was earlier than expected, thus,I had no choice but to reschedule. It was easy to do. What I wasn't expecting was the non-communication from Pilot on the day of my delivery. I waited till nearly 8pm that evening and when I called to check up on them, they weren't even open. Pilot did not even reach out to me to tell me they were not coming, very unprofessional. I found out the next morning that my package came in the same evening that it was supposed to be delivered to me. Again, why couldn't I get a simple courtesy call to tell me they were not delivering it? Seriously. At this point I had no choice but to work with their schedule. Saturday from 10-2. And of course 2pm came by and o call, again! Really. I called Pilot and they were going to email the Atlanta facility so they can contact me.. Guess when I got the call to tell me when they were on the way! Yes, 2:30. And for all I know it was because of my 2pm call to them. Professionalism and courtesy must not be their motto. Sadly this is a service that Wal-Mart provides and Wal-Mart probably doesn't care! Sad.

Poor service!! Their employees stole my 75inch TV like they’ve never seen a TV that big stupid clowns ... it’s only a TV!!! The worst part was the lack of communication of being honest!!!!

Made an order through Amazon and they didn't deliver on the day they were supposed to. There was no way to track it (the side had something but it just said pending or error whenever i tried). No way to contact them at all- the phone number just cuts off. My Amazon now says they will try again after they apparently tried three days after they were supposed to but I was out as I had no warning they would be delivering- myself and amazon had assumed the package was lost. It's been a week and they haven't tried again so I don't think it's happening. I wish Amazon wouldn't use Pilot.

I earliest delivery I could schedule was a month away from 11:00-3:00pm but I had no choice so I made it and waited. On the day of the delivery the driver forgot about my item and was 45 mins away when I notified the company at 4:00pm. They refused to have the driver turn around. Instead they scheduled a new delivery two days later. To punish me for complaining I now have to wait from 11:00 am - 7:00pm on the new date. Never use this shipping company if you can avoid it.

Non delivery on behalf of Amazon. Then lied about delivery. Why are Amazon using this ‘service’?

WORST company ever please dont use this company for your shipments is not worth it they are unprofessional we order something from walmart pilot give us an appointment for delivery 4/7/21 between 11am 3pm on that day no body call no body show up we call the company they don't know where our package was it took us 2 hours to find out the package end up in Houston cz somebody made a mistake and send it overthere now 2 days after this happened no body has send an email or call to let us know when are we receiving our shipment they keep on telling us is on hes way we pay 100 dlls for a horrible delivery

Zero stars . Worst company. Completely destroyed our antique desk in shipping and were over 120 days being ignored with our damage claim. Don't use this company.
