this has to be the worst freight company ever, I ordered a shade on 9/6 they picked it up on the 10th. I called to see where my shade was on the 22nd. I got the run around from them. So I called my supplier on the 25th. they called me back and said they have the shade at the loading dock and it was being delivered tomorrow. well I spent 20 minutes on the phone with the driver because he couldn't find my shop. He gets there and comes inside to tell me the shade was not on the truck he doesn't know where it is. Well after a week of waiting I get a phone call the shade is damaged. Reorder a new shade, they picked it up on the 10th of Oct and there system it says estimated delivery of Oct. 24. Still no update on there system, speak to customer service and she tells me they haven't picked it up again. Told my supplier if they try and use this worthless company again i would refuse it.

This has been the worst shipping experience I have ever had. I ordered a wardrobe from World Market. They received it immediately. It sat in Virginia for 13 days. The tracking information was not updated on the site, nor was I informed by text about the packages journey through delivery as they said I would be. The website only said that it was in transit. It said it would be at y house on a particular date; it wasn't. I called them on many occasions. One number on the website says it can not be reached and the other gets you into a loop and does not allow you to speak to a person. Finally, I called every Pilot Freight in the state and found the one that had my package. I was informed that it had gone out earlier, but was sent to the wrong place and that it would be two more days before they could get it to the nearest city, (which is 25 miles away), and the partner company would have to call me to schedule a delivery. They offered me their number and told me to call them as if it was their fault. I have no idea what condition the package is in, or what to expect when I get it. The fact that it was paid in full adds insult to injury. I did what I was supposed to do as a responsible consumer and I expect them to do what they are supposed to do as a responsible company. I did not get that.

One star is too much for this incompetent delivery service. They were scheduled to make a delivery within a 4-hour window (on a Friday!), cancelled an hour before the end of the window, did not reschedule and emailed first thing Monday to say they had lost the package and could not say when it would be rescheduled for delivery. A bunch of fools!

The worst freight company I have ever used. I run an online furniture store and used many different freight companies. Pilot Freight is the worst. Three shipment are damaged. One damaged one with the customer's writing on BOL " Damaged" and refused to received it. One damaged one, the driver just dropped the box without the customer singing the BOL. One damaged one, the whole pallet is gone when the box was delivered to the customer. I called its customer service and could not get hold anyone and was put on to listen the music for hours. And they find all way to make the file claim difficult. Never will use it again.

This is the worst delivery service I’ve ever had. I will be returning my $1100 item back to Walmart and buy it from a place that deserves my service.

It's Thursday, October 7th, 2021, just dealt with a rude, lazy truck delivery driver from Pilot Freight Services. He was delivering an order from Sam's Club. He told me, very quickly, he was behind schedule and I needed to decide very quickly where I wanted my package, he was offhand, rude, and has a couldn't care less attitude. If I was his manager I would fire him. He told me he couldn't bring it into my home. I needed to hurry up and let him know if I wanted it in my garage or he'd just drop it off on my driveway. Then when I told him my garage, his excuse was I needed to move my SUV as he didn't have room to manouver or remove his jack and pallet. He lied, he was just too lazy to represent his company in a professional courteous manner. Then the driver dropped it outside of my garage with the pallet and rushed back to his truck. Angry, an understatement, I should have refused the delivery. I understand why the employees do not give good reviews. This man needs some instruction in courtesy and not to tell the customer he is too busy to do his job. Pathetic is too kinder word to use.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is my first time ever writing a review… I usually try to give companies grace, but this was entirely unacceptable. Pilot Freight Services originally scheduled the delivery of my queen size Purple mattress for October 1. I called on that date to check the status and I was told they couldn’t find my mattress but we’re working to locate the product and would follow up with me. A few days later, I get not one, but TWO calls to schedule my delivery on October 6 at 2:00pm. At this point, I assume the mattress had been located, hence the two phone calls to schedule delivery. Nope. I schedule the delivery, but it never showed up. I call Pilot on October 6 to better understand the issue, pressed 1 for dispatch (which sent me in a loop through the telephone system) then pressed 2 for billing (which, as you can guess, connected me immediately to a rep)… just to be put on hold for 30 minutes. After waiting, I was connected with a manager who informed me that a “systemic issue” had occurred in their system and my mattress has actually not yet been located and has been mysteriously misplaced. When asked how this was going to be resolved, they could not provide a solution — which is strange given other delivery service companies have protocols in place for these types of incidents. Further, I experienced totally rude and unprofessional behavior by the Pilot staff in my communications with them. Overall, this was a horrible experience. If you are a business or customer looking to partner with them, I suggest you do not. I’ve contacted an admin at Purple who is reaching out an account manager at Pilot to figure out (1) where my mattress went and (2) where the breakdown occurred in the system.

Failed to deliver on day specified, tracking number not recognized by their system and contact telephone is not even in the UK. Will be asking Amazon not to have anything sent again with this company.
