By far the worst transport service ever, I don't understand why Walmart uses them. I have called everyday and I get a different answer each day. I was supposed to receive a package on Dec 3rd and still NOTHING. They say they will call me 24 to 48 hrs and I have NEVER received a phone call. WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE ZERO if I could.

CANCEL ANY ORDER YOU SEE BEING SHIPPED VIA PILOT!
Ordered a 65" TV from Amazon in November. Scheduled delivery for Dec 17th. Nearly a month later, on the day I took off work for delivery, Pilot left me a voice-mail stating my delivery was late. After half of a day of calling and leaving messages, a guy I finally got on the phone at the local location had the nerve to tell me "hopefully we'll call you next week." Then, they told Amazon they tried to deliver my package on the 17th but I wasn't home (the day I took off to stay home specifically for this) so it was my fault I don't have it. Amazon got Pilot on the phone and was told my TV would be delivered by Xmas Eve. The following week, I received no responses to any of my emails or voice-mails, and I got "disconnected" from Pilot's automated system repeatedly. Then on Thursday the 23rd Pilot marked my TV as having been delivered and signed for on Dec 16th, the day BEFORE I got the voice-mail about my TV being delayed. Today on Xmas Eve when no TV had shown up by 6pm, Amazon refunded my full amount with apologies to the little boy who's Xmas is very-likely ruined.
CANCEL ANY ORDER YOU SEE BEING SHIPPED VIA PILOT.
I can't re-order on Amazon, or go to Walmart.com, or Best Buy... because they all use Pilot, though how their contracts keep getting renewed is absolutely beyond me. It looks like I'll just have to order direct from Samsung, and try to explain to a very sad little boy why his and only his Xmas is now going to be so late that it'll be next year before it's done.

Will lose your package
They lost a 200 lb package the size of a go kart. In the dozen calls, I was able to get a hold of an actual person twice and not only were they not helpful but unwilling to be helpful.

This company is terrible
This company is terrible. You have to listen to babies crying and rooster's crowing in the background. It's just mind blowing. Then when you get the package it is destroyed. I do not recommend using this company at all. I just wish I could have given them a minus 10.

I too would leave a 0 if I could
I too would leave a 0 if I could. I was told my freezer would show up Dec 2nd by a recording. It never came. I checked with the company I ordered from and it was delivered and someone signed my first name only. But it wasn't delivered to me. Someone in this town got a freezer on me while I'm stuck paying the bill.

If I could give less than one star I…
If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered my tv from Walmart on 11/26/21 Walmart said delivery would be 12/3/21 on 12/4/21 I received a notification from Pilot to schedule a delivery date and I did for the soonest date listed 12/13/21. My tv has been sitting at DFW Airport since 12/4/21. Via email customer service in Indiana said "they don't know why it's just sitting in Dallas" and gave me the Dallas number where no one in any department answered. I don't see how this company is even still in business. This is a Christmas gift and I could not be more disappointed with Pilot's lack of service.

Terrible ran business and customer service
The worst experience ever...they have had something on their dock in Grapevine, TX since November 29th and can't give me any delivery information or estimation on when I should receive my product. This is unacceptable! Before you purchase large items verify who they will use for delivery.

Let me tell you all something
I ordered a T.V from Walmart on 11/26/21 and still have not received it. Contacted pilot and got the run around. The Customer Service agent just kept telling me it was in transit. When I asked him why it was taking so long he pretended that he could not hear me. This is the worst company. Customers should be able to pick their delivery carriers.
