HORRIBLE
Don’t use their services. $39 to find suppliers you can find on your own! All the suppliers are from aliexpress I signed up and paid $39 just to see that their suppliers are from aliexpress. Asked to refund my $39 because I won’t be using their service and haven’t used their service. They refused WHAT A JOKE Business owners, you don’t need to use pietrastudio You can find all the suppliers online for FREE.

Hi M.S., We’re sorry to hear the platform didn’t meet your expectations. That’s never the experience we aim to deliver. While we do offer access to a wide network of vetted global suppliers—not just those found on open marketplaces like AliExpress—we understand how disappointing it is if the experience doesn’t feel valuable to you. Our subscription terms are outlined at sign-up, but we always review refund requests individually and try to be fair. If you’d like to revisit your request or share more details about what you were looking for, we’d be happy to listen. Just reach out to [email protected]. — The Pietra Team
