As other comments have said, these reviews mainly would have to be fake. Customer service is terrible and aggressive. The platform is lacking the standard of quality it is selling. The tools do a mediocre job. It seems they sell big knowing their product isn’t that great then make it near impossible for someone to cancel.

Hi Brenton,
Thank you for posting this feedback for us! We’re sorry to hear you had this experience and impression of our platform. That said, we do not see any outreach from you or anyone on the AVNT.com team. We also never charged you for any services, so there was no cancelation to process for your account.
We take all feedback seriously, and our team is always here to help. If you experienced an issue or have any questions, we’d really appreciate the opportunity to assist you directly. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected].
Sincerely,

Fulfillment Nightmare
Our experience with Pietra has ranged from overwhelmingly frustrating to completely heartbreaking. The platform overpromises but underdelivers at every stage, and the number of errors and mismanagement of our account has been incredibly damaging to our business.
Fulfillment Issues: Dispatch times at the warehouse are extremely slow, leading to canceled orders and unhappy customers. Orders were frequently kitted incorrectly, forcing us to constantly monitor every step of the process to ensure things were moving.
Platform Problems: The platform itself created numerous inefficiencies. It did not allow partial fulfillment for orders with multiple items, forcing unnecessary delays. We had to manually “unbundle” orders and create workarounds in the system just to get them processed correctly. Orders were automatically moved from “Outstanding” to “On Hold” without reason, further slowing down fulfillment. Inventory syncing was unreliable, and tracking updates were inconsistent, making it nearly impossible to provide customers with accurate shipping details.
Holiday Season Disaster: The final straw for us was this past holiday season. Despite numerous planning meetings in preparation for the busy holiday fulfillment, everything fell apart once our inventory arrived at the warehouse. What followed was a parade of errors, delays, and a never-ending struggle to get orders properly fulfilled. We are still cleaning up the mess two months later.
Choosing Pietra was not only an incredibly expensive mistake for our business, but it also cost us our reputation with many customers. For brands looking for reliable sourcing, fulfillment, or e-commerce support, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Edit (Reply to Pietra Response):
I am truly shocked and disappointed by the allegations and assumptions made in your response. I can assure you that I have only written one review and have not been contacted for resolution outside of the conversations I have already engaged in—all of which I have responded to. I purposely hid my full name to protect myself from potential retaliation.
My review is based on my personal experience working with Pietra over the past 10 months. Every point mentioned can be substantiated through multiple email exchanges with my account managers and Pietra executives.
I believe my review provides a fair assessment of only a handful of the many, many challenges I encountered with Pietra. Your response to my honest feedback has only reinforced my dissatisfaction. I stand by my review and remain firm in my recommendation that fellow business owners and creators approach this organization with caution.

The positive reviews for Pietra have to…
The positive reviews for Pietra have to be either fake or from businesses so small that they don’t experience the full extent of the platform’s failures. Having worked in supply chain for 15+ years, I can confidently say that Pietra is one of the worst platforms for both suppliers and fulfillment.
First, they claim to vet their suppliers- this is simply not true. Many of their suppliers lack basic certifications for ethical working conditions, and the quality of their products is often subpar. Their platform for supplier communication is outdated and inefficient, making collaboration a frustrating experience.
Now, onto fulfillment- this is where I strongly advise businesses to stay away. Pietra’s fulfillment services are not just bad by U.S. standards but globally unacceptable. My partner’s inventory sits for for weeks without being shipped. With thousands of order's they have shipped out, not ONE has been dispatched in 2-3 working days. Their customer service is abysmal, and despite customers placing holiday orders well in advance, over half never even shipped. Employees at the fulfillment center have no idea what is going on, and there is zero internal communication. Many packages get lost or go missing, a common issue that I’ve seen reported by other clients as well.
Pietra is not a reliable or professional fulfillment partner. If you value your business and your customers, stay far away.

Hi Daniel,
Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience—especially with fulfillment and supplier communication. We understand how critical these pieces are for growing brands, and we regret that we fell short.
To clarify for other readers: Pietra works with hundreds of verified suppliers globally and continues to invest in fulfillment operations, including faster ship times, improved inventory tracking, and enhanced support. That said, we know there’s always more to improve—especially during peak seasons.
We’ve attempted to reach out directly and would still welcome a chance to connect. If you’re open to it, please reach out to [email protected] and mention this review. We’d appreciate the opportunity to learn more and help.

ANY SERIOUS BUSINESS OWNER SHOULD NOT USE THIS PLATFORM
UPDATE TO PIETRA’S RESPONSE 8/8/25
If Pietra truly didn’t take what happened to my business "lightly,” they would have made things right when my lawyer spent weeks in talks with their higher-ups- instead of running us in circles until it was obvious they had no intention of compensating us for the devastation they caused my business and customers. That’s not taking it seriously.
This isn't just a hiccup in operations. Pietra’s repeated failures - from the moment I started working with them through the holiday season- created constant fulfillment disasters, cost me critical retailer relationships, caused massive reputational damage, and even got my business penalized and restricted from selling on key platforms. Orders sat for 8–10+ days, kitting was wrong, inventory was miscounted, defective products were shipped- and every single one of these issues was PREVENTABLE AND flagged in real time!
The “significant changes” they’re now claiming don't align with what I have heard from many other brands who’ve had similar experiences with Pietra- some as recently as using their fulfillment in the last 8 weeks. If the problems were truly fixed, those stories wouldn’t exist.
Changing public replies to negative reviews to save face doesn’t equal accountability. TRUE accountability would have been owning the damage and compensating the businesses they hurt.
I can only hope the higher-ups eventually CHOOSE TO DO THE RIGHT THING, not to salvage their image, but because ignoring the damage they’ve caused to the brands who trusted them is indefensible.
-----
OG review:
Note: I was initially drawn to Pietra by their marketing, which promises an all-in-one solution for creators launching product lines. As someone who wanted to design and build custom pieces- not just slap my name on a pre-made product- I thought this platform could support my vision. If you’re simply looking to white-label products and plan to sell at a low volume, Pietra might work for you. I have been using Pietra since 2022 for reference.
Why You Should Avoid Pietra:
Unshipped Orders: Orders regularly sit unfulfilled for far too long, and there’s no resolution unless you micromanage the fulfillment center to ensure they’re shipping items. You’re stuck babysitting them just to get things out the door.
Missed Procedures: Despite our kitting procedure being fully documented within Pietra’s platform, they completely ignored it and failed to kit our items properly. This left customers with incomplete orders and damaged trust.
Incorrect Products: Customers frequently receive only a partial order. This isn’t a one-time mistake- it’s a recurring issue that makes me and my business look unreliable.
No Operational Control: Their team often doesn’t know what has or hasn’t shipped. I’ve had conversations where their staff admitted they had no idea what was going on with my orders. One example is over holiday fulfillment, we were told 300 of our best-sellers shipped out (not one unit was shipped)
Misleading Specialists: Their so-called “specialists” are far from experts. They’ve given me bad advice on packaging, shipping, and more, causing unnecessary problems instead of providing real solutions.
Outdated System: Their system is incapable of handling pre-orders, split shipments, or any sort of advanced logistics—features that are essential for serious businesses.
Unapplied Shipping Labels: Shipping labels are created but never applied to boxes, which leads to lost inventory and automatic cancellations for customers. In December, someone a their fulfillment center printed 50+ labels and never applied them to shipping boxes. Our customers received their tracking numbers but there was obviously no movement on those shipments!
Duplicate Shipments: They’ve sent over 30 duplicate orders to customers, wasting inventory.
None of this is normal: Mistakes can happen at fulfillment centers, but the consistent disorganization and lack of accountability at Pietra are on a whole different level.
How It’s Impacted My Business
Working with Pietra has been an absolute disaster. Their constant mistakes have cost me inventory, money, and, most importantly, my customers’ trust.
My full-time staff has spent endless hours catching their errors and fixing problems that shouldn’t exist in the first place. They’ve completely misrepresented their capabilities, and their inability to follow through has left my business scrambling to pick up the pieces.
I’ve lost so much time, money, and brand credibility because of Pietra. If you care about your business, do not use this platform.

Pietra has falsely accused me of writing multiple fake reviews. I wrote one review under my name (this one), and my coworker wrote one under hers.

Hi Chelsey,
We’re truly sorry to read this, and even more sorry that your experience with Pietra led to so much frustration and disruption. It’s clear we failed to meet expectations—and that’s not something we take lightly.
We understand how critical fulfillment accuracy and platform reliability are to running a business, and we recognize the serious impact these issues had on you and your team. We deeply regret that our operations caused unnecessary work and lost trust with your customers.
Since the time of your experience, we’ve made significant changes to our fulfillment center processes, leadership, and technology—including new systems for shipping visibility, inventory tracking, and order accuracy. But we understand that doesn’t undo what you went through.
We sincerely thank you for the feedback and hope your business is thriving. If you ever want to reconnect, we’re here.

Unsatisfactory Review of Pietra…
As a verified past client of Pietra Fulfillment Services for six months (recently canceled my account), I want to share my experience. As a online retailer, Importer/Exporter, as well as a seller on Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS, I had high hopes for Pietra's services, but my experience was deeply disappointing. Here are the key issues I faced:
- Late Shipments: Repeated delays in shipping to my customers which,
negatively impacting my business operations.
- Slow Processing: Shipments to Walmart WFS and Amazon FBA were consistently delayed due to Pietra's slow and missed assigned processing times.
- An Outbound Shipment Was Not Shipped: An Amazon FBA shipment was not processed and shipped as requested? Unfortunately it ended up sitting in Pietra Fulfillment center during the holidays when it was scheduled to shipped and delivered before Christmas.
- Inbound Shipment Issues: Problems with inbound shipments into Pietra's fulfillment facilities were frequent and poorly handled.
- Poor Communication: Special instructions for warehouse personnel were not conveyed effectively, leading to operational errors.
- Lack of Responsiveness: (No telephone number to call). I had to send constant emails and chat messages just to get updates or resolve issues with shipments not being dispatched.
- Untrained Representatives: Some representatives lacked a clear understanding of logistics and communication protocols, leading to confusion and inefficiency.
- Software Integration Problems: Their inventory management software did not integrate well with my Shopify store and inventory management system, creating significant operational headaches.
- Misplaced or Lost Shipments: Some of my shipments were misplaced, causing frustration and financial loss. (Currently investigating the whereabouts of a Amazon FBA Shipment that is still unaccounted for since 12/21/24)
- Incorrect Destinations: A shipment was mislabeled and sent to the wrong location, further straining the delivery time to my customer. The shipment was ultimately rerouted back to Pietra fulfillment center.
- Outdated Systems: Their inventory management system and software felt outdated and inadequate for modern fulfillment needs.
After months of exhaustion due to their lack of service, I canceled my account and moved my inventory to a new fulfillment provider. Pietra's inability to meet basic expectations for logistics, inventory management, and communication made continuing the relationship untenable.
My recommendation to other retailers (Amazon FBA & Walmart WFS) is to evaluate your needs carefully and go with a fulfillment service with a lengthy amount of experience and a good track record with wholesale, retail, logistics, international shipments, updated software & inventory management systems, understands Amazon FBA & Walmart WFS shipping protocols, has various warehouses throughout the US, can provide good shipping rates from all the major shipping carriers, and can provide good customer service.
Due to the mishandling of my inventory, and poor customer service from Pietra which resulted in missed opportunities, unnecessary shipping costs, lost sales, and revenue. My overall assessment of Pietra, I would not recommend them.
Reply to Pietra Representative
I want to clarify that I have made multiple attempts to address the issues, including numerous emails (On File), participation in at least four (4) Zoom meetings, and four (4) phone calls. Despite these efforts, I am still working to resolve the logistical and financial mistakes caused by Pietra Fulfillment.
To date, I have incurred an unnecessary cost of $1,235.65 in shipping costs, late fees, Pietra membership fees, and expenses related to two (2) customer product returns due to late delivery. Additionally, there was a late shipment to an Amazon FBA fulfillment center, further impacting my business operations.

Hi Derek,
We’re truly sorry to hear how deeply frustrating your experience was. It’s clear from your review that we fell short on multiple fronts—particularly in fulfillment accuracy, software reliability, and communication—and that’s not acceptable for any business trying to scale operations.
We understand the impact fulfillment errors, delays, and unresponsiveness can have, especially during peak seasons. While we’ve made major improvements to our logistics systems, warehouse staffing, and software since your time with us, we know that doesn’t undo the challenges you experienced.
We value your feedback and regret the disruption and costs you incurred. If you’re still open to further conversation or resolution, our support team is ready to help—just reach out to [email protected] and mention this review.
We wish you all the best with your business moving forward.

The most miserable experience!
The most miserable experience.
I had a deeply frustrating experience with Pietra's fulfillment services, especially during the holiday season. Despite placing orders well in advance, many customers didn’t receive their products on time, resulting in countless complaints, poor reviews, and heartbreaking stories—like a father whose daughter had no gifts due to unshipped orders.
Over months, I raised concerns about recurring issues, including incorrect orders, missing shipments, and excessive delays (up to 41 days). Despite assurances, the problems only worsened. The lack of accountability and assistance in resolving these issues has been devastating for my small business.
After spending $10k to move my inventory, I’ve decided to cut ties entirely. I strongly advise other small businesses to avoid Pietra if reliable fulfillment is critical to their operations.

Hi Madison,
We’re very sorry to hear about this experience—especially the impact it had during the holiday season. That’s not the standard we aim for, and we understand how fulfillment issues can deeply affect small businesses and their customers.
We’ve searched our system but haven’t been able to locate an account under your name. If you’re open to sharing more information, we’d welcome the chance to better understand what happened and investigate this further.
Please feel free to reach out directly to [email protected] and reference this review. We take feedback like this seriously and want to do what we can to help.

Impossible to Cancel
I signed up with this company and because I was not ready to use the services, I decided to cancel my subscription until I was prepared to launch my business...They continued to charge my cc and it was almost like they had lost their mind when I looked at all of the cc attempts, I called my cc company and had to block them from having access, and today I received an email from them stating that the payment attempt did not go through...I could not believe that they were still trying to charge my account! It is ridiculous!
Response from PietraFeb 10, 2025
Hi Gigi,
We’re really sorry to hear about the frustration with your cancellation experience—and we understand how upsetting unexpected charges can be.
To clarify for others reading: your account was canceled when you requested it, and no new charges were issued after that. The payment attempts were for a past-due balance from before the cancellation. That said, we know this experience was confusing, and we’ve made updates to our cancellation flow to help prevent similar situations moving forward.
If you’re open to it, we’d still love the chance to connect and make this right. You can reach us anytime at [email protected].

This is probably the worst order…
This is probably the worst order fulfillment platform I have ever used! Terrible customer service from both their supervisor and customer support team. The supplier that we dealt with on the platform delivered subpar and defective products and Pietra does not want to provide a full refund back to the original payment method. Instead, they want to force me to accept a credit for the Pietra platform for the cost of my order. This is absurd and completely unacceptable! Reporting them as fraud to my credit card provider. Stay away from Pietra at all cost!
Response from PietraAug 21, 2024
Hi George,
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience—especially the frustration around product quality and the resolution process. That’s never what we want for our customers.
We do offer sourcing credits as a standard remediation when an order doesn’t meet expectations, but we understand this may not be the right solution for everyone. Our supplier management team is actively reviewing your case and we’re reaching out to see if there’s a better resolution that works for you.
We’re committed to ensuring every brand has a great experience on the platform. If you haven’t already, please reply to the email from [email protected] so we can get this resolved.
