Our sales rep was Massey, and the entire sales team was fantastic. However, my experience was a bit disappointing. I was hesitant to go in, but I finally decided to give it a try. I ended up getting a car, but there was a catch - I had to wait a few days after the sale to pick it up. And guess what? There wasn’t a charger included! Thankfully, the batteries were, but after driving on the i5 and noticing some strange noises, I decided to check it out. Turns out, the skid plate was held up by clips, and there were about 10 missing screws(ordered new on Amazon) . So, I’m not sure what exactly the service team looked at during the inspection.

I came to you guys last month for a newer/bigger vehicle. I had planned to trade my car in. I did get a newer/bigger vehicle, but upon looking at what was on my credit, Mohammed had seen I had another car loan. That was on the vehicle I was planning on trading in. I explained to him that I wanted to trade my vehicle in and he said no one had told him that. I told him that no one had asked me. I didn’t get to trade my car in because I was told that you guys don’t take cars with the miles that were on my old one and I’m stuck having to call the bank for that car loan and tell them to come get it. I’m glad I got a bigger vehicle but not happy that I didn’t get to trade my car in as part of the deal.

Would've been higher if I were given more choices of vehicles to select from.

Still awaiting notification of an appointment to fix the driver's side window tinting. They've been notified about it, but still nothing.

Jenell did get me into a car. But there were a lot of obstacles to get me there.
