Customer service rep was excellent. Answered all my questions and a timely matter. Also I was not put on hold for longer than 10 to 15 seconds. If I can give 10 stars I would. Super Knowledgeable. Provided options on keeping my insurance instead of canceling.

I used them for WC for my business and after a year, i got a notification that they were dropping me. I was originally recommended by my husband who was also using them for his WC and he also got a letter of notification a few months later that they were also dropping him. A year later they decided to audit me and sent me a bill. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! This is from 2 different companies who used them!

They offered me a policy of WC and 2 days later they cancelled my policy, because they didn’t offer for clerical employees, although they took my payment of almost $800 and they’re lagging on making me my refund like they promised, if you call and ask for new policy they answer right away, but for this kind of issue I had wait over 1hr and no luck…. Don’t recommend to anyone please stay away
