Mensch Cleaning I.
Cancelled my insurance after a year for no reason at all. Paid on time and no claims. Not worth switching with these guys. Will stick with ADP. Cheaper and reliable.

I reached out to PIE to update my contractors status to employees, over a week ago, with no reply. I emailed again and they directed me to my broker, forwarding the email to them on my behalf (since I didn't know who to reach out to), but that was just the wholesaler they directed me to. I had to then be redirected to my broker. It shouldn't be this hard to find out who to reach out to when issues arise.

The experience was straight forward but I think the communication with direct lines would be nice. It just seemed a little difficult to get in touch with the agent. I also haven't gotten my pie insurance policy yet. would think this survey would be the last email I would get when purchasing insurance.

I have had few issues around responsiveness (service area) and sales creating confusion with the underwriting process (being told i was approved when underwriting was still working on my app). Anyway, all is well now! Thanks
